We recently stayed at Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres for 7 days as a family of five (2 adults and 3 kids), and once again had a wonderful vacation. The resort grounds are absolutely beautiful and exceptionally well maintained. Everywhere we walked was clean, lush, and well cared for, creating a relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay. A highlight of our trip was the Blossom Spa, where Priscilla provided an incredible treatment. She was professional, attentive, and made the experience truly relaxing. It was one of the best spa experiences we've had. We were also pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade upon check-in thanks to Eric and Daniel from Guest Services, who recognized us as returning guests. Their warm welcome and exceptional customer service made us feel genuinely valued. A huge thank you to both of them for starting our vacation on such a positive note. The food and beverage service was another standout. Daniel at the Piano Bar was knowledgeable, incredibly friendly, and always provided fast, attentive service. Flavio at the main bar is a true mixologist—his cocktails were expertly crafted and added a special touch to our evenings. One of our favorite memories was watching the quarterfinal match at the Sports Bar. The lively atmosphere, combined with delicious wings, burgers, and fries, made it a fun experience for the whole family. The pool area was lively and busy, which created a fun vacation atmosphere, especially for families. The beach did have some seaweed during our stay, but the resort staff worked hard throughout the day to clean it regularly and keep the beach as enjoyable as possible. Overall, Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres continues to impress us with its excellent service, beautiful property, and friendly staff who go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. We look forward to returning again!

This was our 18th visit to Valentin Imperial Riviera Maya (VIRM), and we're just as pleased and impressed as the first time. There are so many great things about it...great food, fantastic grounds, and attention to detail are big reasons, but I think the biggest reason that makes VIRM stand out is the people. They welcome us like we're family and go over and above to make the visit memorable from the minute you show up to the minute you leave. I think the best testimonial I can can give is to say that when visiting VIRM you will meet more returnees than you will first-time visitors. As mentioned, we've now been 18 times and we're not even close to being the top returnees, and when you actually meet a first-time visitor, they make it clear they will be back.

The hotel was quite isolated and the ride from the airport was over an hour. You can take Uber to Sayulita and Bucerias and it is very cost effective. Once you arrive the hotel is amazing and everything was of the highest quality. You can walk on the beach for hours and the water was calm for this side of the country. The wifi was great and the app worked for making reservations to the ala carte's. The bartenders remembered our drinks and sometimes had them ready when you walked up to the bar. Our favorite restaurant was the Mexican and make sure and order the 12 hour short ribs. The highlight of the resort is the entertainment team especially Esteban and his crew (Marco, Polo, Oscar and Sheree) They provided a personal experience by remembering everyone's names and encouraging people to participate in the activities, but it was not to much pressure if you didn't want to play.

Riu Resort Palace Mexico

Excellent resort. Staff including Erandi, Isabel, Armondo, Pastor, Edgar, Roque, Alina, Carmen and Gabriel make this place amazing. They are professional, courteous, friendly and all around amazing. The resort is quiet, clean, and the pools are great. Lots of chairs, and umbrellas never hard to find a place to sit. The al a carte resturants on site have a great selection of food and the staff is outstanding. The buffet, no matter what you like to eat has something for everyone. The chocolate donuts are especially good. The servers in the buffet are always welcoming, and with a great greeting. I cannot wait to go back.

We really enjoyed our stay with Akumal Bay Beach and Spa Resort. We loved the size of the resort and the fact that it is family owned. Very quiet resort with nice vibe. Very clean rooms and public areas. There was lots of sargassum during our stay but that is out of the resort's control. They did try to keep it to a minimum daily with staff removing it.

Not typically an all inclusive person, but really enjoyed our stay at Barcelo Maya Riviera. Much less busy than the rest of the adjoining resorts, so good if you want access to beach chairs and some peace and quiet. Sargassum was a bit of an issue, but the resort had a dedicated tractor to remove it from the beach as it came in. Beach is a bit rocky getting in, but you can always go to one of the ones nearby if you want to swim in the ocean. Our room had a bit of a dank smell when we got there, but it cleared up. Notified front desk and they were ready to prep another room for us but we decided it was much better after a day.

Excellent, welcoming, relaxing vacation. Everything that a vacation should be.

We had not been to the Hyatt Ziva for six years and saw a few changes such as a new restaurant called Tamari which is Asian. Delicious food and you can sit at Teppanyaki table and they cook your food right infront of you. There were new stores to shop at for clothing, swimsuits, jewellery and a pharmacy. We stayed in the club tower and the rooms were beautiful and well appointed. Large balconies to relax on with your morning coffee. Downstairs in the club tower is a bar and a place where you can get food and drinks. The beach is beautiful and the Hyatt is the only hotel on the beach. Food was fresh and delicious at all the restaurants. The Blaze has a wonderful spot right on the water. The staff were so welcoming and kind. They made our vacation the best one yet.
