Amazing Vacation!

Everything about this resort is absolutely amazing. The resort is beautiful. The rooms are huge and very well appointed. Very comfortable bed. We had a swim up suite and we loved it. The gym is the best resort gym I've ever experienced. Great fod and drinks. The best thing though is the service. The staff are so friendly and genuinely want you to have a great vacation. The strong points

The staff attitude and service is incredible. Everyone is so friendly. They'll do anything to make sure you're enjoying your vacation. Restaurants and especially the bars are excellent. We loved our swim up suite. The gym is phenomenal.

The weak points

The beach is great, but the only negative here is the layout of the palapas. They are all bunched really close together. You're two feet from the palapas next to you. It made them unusable for us. I hope they move them apart. Bali beds are great though

Sanitary measures

No issues at all. The cleaning staff do a great job. The resort is very clean. No food safety issues.

New, super clean, great room, pleasureful architecture, great pools, food and beach! Lastly, service was also excellent! I've travelled over 25 resorts and this one competes very well, if not better, with Secrets, etc. [Details]

Over all our trip was great. We were not disappointed. They have a few tweaks I think to make being only open a short time. Sometimes seemed a bit short staffed. The staff were great! Loved that we never had to look for a lounger by the pool or on the beach. Food was good! Mexican night, French and Italian restaurants were delicious! Rooms were very large and it was nice to have two washrooms. The grounds will be gorgeous in a few years as they get more established. One thing we noticed is that the workmanship on the resort itself could be better as there seemed to be a lot of tile repairs happening and a lot of paint and grout splatter. Would definitely revisit this resort! Also heard great reviews on other Majestic Resorts! [Details]
