We very much enjoyed our 1 week stay at this resort. The rooms were nice and clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable. The mini fridge was well stocked and the liquor was well stocked . The food at the buffets and a la Carts was very good. The service and staff were very good! Our only complaint was the cool temperature of the larger pools.

Beautiful resort! Staff were very friendly, our personal butler went above and beyond for us. Food options were plentiful and delicious! The pool and beach area were well maintained and gorgeous - but get out early for beach chairs!

Great food, staff and location. We stayed in the adults only reserve section which I highly recommend! Private check-in with drinks and charcuterie was a relaxing and distinctive welcome to our holiday. Gorgeous beach though the weather and wind while we were there made lounging by the pool in a bali bed our space of choice. Poolside service including the drinks and food brought to us was indulgent. Sante restaurant for reserve guests is where we chose to dine for breakfasts and lunches. The food and staff were the best. Several a la carte restaurants to choose from for dinner, each elegant with their own distinctive decor. Presentation was gorgeous, food ranged from good to great. We are foodies and I could not understand how some other reviewers did not like the food. Although, as mentioned we were booked in the reserve section. The one time we did try the buffet, it was pretty mediocre. Special shout out to the staff in the reserve section including the towel hut and restaurants/bar. They provided impeccable service, always smiling and always responded to our appreciation with a “it's my pleasure”. I would say that Paridisus Cancun ranks high amongst the many all inclusives I've been to and I would definitely return.

Its a family property. Not as I expected. Not a bachelor or guys trip hotel.

The resort and location is beautiful and clean. We had a great vacation with our children. Very family friendly especially with the kids water park. I found they did more interactive game for teens and adults then they did for the children though which wasn't very fun for my children. The staff is great. The only thing that was a disappointment that ruined our trip for us was the food. It was terrible and very questionable. If it wasn't for the food we would highly recommend the resort and would come back. But it was so bad. We spent alot of money to stay at this all inclusive resort but left thw resort multiple times to eat elsewhere for lunch and dinner because the food was awful resulting in spending even more money. I am pregnant and was very limited to what I was choosing to eat because it was all very questionable. And 2 of my children got food poisoning from something they ate. The food alone made our decision to never return again.

We stayed here for a week on a family vacation. We had 3 luxury suite ocean front rooms in the Coral Level at the Iberostar Cancun. The rooms were very nice, bed was comfortable, minibar stocked daily with local and American beer as well as red and white wine, pop, juice and water. There was a Nespresso machine with a combo of pods, teas and pretzels and chips or peanuts for snacks. The view from the room is amazing. The pool was laid back but had some good entertainment and games if you want to partake. Had to get up by 7am to get prime seating but on the beach there was almost always some lounger's available. For the restaurants, we usually don't care too much for buffets but this one was excellent for breakfast lunch or dinner. We had ribeye steak and lobster and crab multiple times. The steakhouse was pretty good with a salad bar appetizer bar. The Italian restaurant was better in our opinion. We didn't care too much for the Hibachi restaurant but it may have been an off night for the show chef. Didn't make it to the Mexican or American restaurants. The bars all had top shelf liquor, although you have to request it at the pool bars. The grounds were clean and the workers were very friendly. Nightly entertainment was ok. We really liked the singer and the Mexican mariachi. There is a bus stop just down on the main road that takes you up the hotel strip or downtown for 12 pesos in an air conditioned and comfortable bus. The beach was red flag for the week but people still went in the water and they had a very attentive lifeguard on duty. Playing in the waves and searching for seashells was fun. Check in and out was pretty efficient and the concierge was helpful. We rented the big cabana for a day poolside which was enjoyable having an air conditioned retreat with a private bathroom with shower. All in all we had a great time and if I was to return to Cancun hotel zone i would like to stay here again.

It was a great experience to stay at Hyatt Zilara, nothing is perfect but Zilara, highly recommend people to be there and enjoy the time at the hotel!

This hotel is worth every penny. They will say yes to everything you ask (If reasonable). The staff is extra professional. Will make sure you stay happy, no matter what. They have one butler per floor who makes sure you are enjoying your stay. They dont surprise you with extra fees. A REAL ALL-INCLUSIVE. Also the food is great. Oh... The spa experience is out of this world. (Take a massage) And why I say 11/10 is because they think of everything before you even think about it. Thank You for my incredible experience LeBlanc. *Note to the owner* Your Staff and service is what makes this hotel #1 Dont lose them ;)

A. Transportation was great both ways. Was pre-arranged. B. Good reception at the desk Jose very helpful. C. Room provided was with balcony (small). Not the quietness as I could hear waves all night. Because of its location the waves are high all day and night. No quiet moment. D. Room service (cleaning) had to be requested four times out of seven even if the request was on the door. E. Food at the Buffet and restaurant was cold. Buffet was cold all the time and uncooked or over cooked. Pancakes were hard and easier to eat like crackers are. Potato pancakes cold and uncooked F. Presentation about the Club membership was long as sales person were very pushy. Went through three people until they understood that I was not interested G. No info was ever given regarding the beach and the waves. Red flag never came down. Not a place for non-swimmers
