Signature tower 1 was really nice. The staff are great helpful people and the room and view we had was awesome. No line up for check in was a super big plus for us. Quick access to shopping and lots of nice amenities at your disposal. Thank you to all the staff at MGM.

A beautiful hotel, well maintained and presented. Our room was spacious, well appointed and spotless.

Good Stay, Clean rooms, Food everywhere we went at the Aria was good, Alcohol was expensive, $20 US for a single cocktail was high. Shops were very accommodating. Assistance for calling taxi's good

The hotel met all our needs. Staff was friendly. Summer sticks out in my mind as making us feel special as the family with great eyebrows. Rooms were clean. We were in building 2 one of the newly renovated buildings. The waterpark is perfect for younger kids up to around 6 years old. The other pool was basic but perfect for our needs. Housekeeping every second day scheduled if needed. Quick walk to the park entrance with restaurants on the way. Would stay again.

I have been to Caesar's many times with groups and I am astonished how the quality of the public relations at the front desk has really declined. Whenever I needed assistance no one had answers or time.

Pickup at Orlando Airport was easy. My daughter didn't want to worry about car seats on the plane, so this resort was perfect--all transportation by bus! Check-in was a breeze where we received our bracelets (meals and access to 4-day pass). (We weren't told that the children's bracelet could be made smaller, and one of the group lost hers. It was turned in to Guest Services at Animal Kingdom--no problem.) A pamphlet in our room explained the meal plans to a T. Rooms were adjoining--great for extended families. Smallish rooms with 2 double beds. Plenty of drawers and cupboard space for 2. A little tight for 4 (plus stroller, diapers, etc.). Bathroom was serviceable, with bath and toilet separate from sink/closet--a definite plus with sharing space. Room and bathroom were a bit dated--but clean. Grounds were immaculate as was pool area. Pool heated to 85 F. Yes! Cafeteria was quite large and lines usually small (except at peak times), but went quickly. Lines for buses to different parks were well-marked. We often were able to catch the first bus. Anything we bought in the different parks was sent to our little shop in the hotel by the next day, so no walking (or going on rides) with stuffies, etc. Checkout was painless as was transportation back to airport. All-in-all, a great family (2 seniors, 2 adults and 3 little ones) trip. Thank you!

We thought the Alohilani was an amazing place to stay. We booked a room right with a view right on the water side and we were rewarded with views of surfers during the day, sunrises (although we didn't get up that early) and sunsets. Our cleaning person was so amazing and personable - I'm sorry we didn't remember her name. Great restaurants nearby. And, we'd be remiss if we didn't mention the 5th floor rooftop pool and deck. Very well appointed with wonderful chairs, a great pool and a nice hot tub. The food was good too. We hope to make it to Honolulu again and if we do, Alohilani will be the first place we will check out to stay.

We didn't do the express check in so we could request an upgrade. There was minimal wait time and we mentioned it was our 30th anniversary. Bryan gave us a view of the strip and when returned from a day out, there was a card and a bottle of champagne in our room. Nice touch!

Sofa bed used for third person. Needs to be updated as definitely well used before so not very comfortable. Otherwise all good.

The room is completely old and not updated, the coffee machine and fridge are in poor condition, the bathroom in very bad shape, and faucets not working, lack of hot water constantly over the 7-day stay. AC is dirty and smelly. Would never, never book again at this Hilton location, overpriced and VERY BAD conditions!
