Alohilani Resort Waikiki Beach

We thought the Alohilani was an amazing place to stay. We booked a room right with a view right on the water side and we were rewarded with views of surfers during the day, sunrises (although we didn't get up that early) and sunsets. Our cleaning person was so amazing and personable - I'm sorry we didn't remember her name. Great restaurants nearby. And, we'd be remiss if we didn't mention the 5th floor rooftop pool and deck. Very well appointed with wonderful chairs, a great pool and a nice hot tub. The food was good too. We hope to make it to Honolulu again and if we do, Alohilani will be the first place we will check out to stay. [Details]

We stayed for a week at Alohilani for our honeymoon and have zero negative things to say about the hotel. Check in was quick and easy, our room was very clean and the view was amazing. We hadn't booked anything to do before arriving, so the next morning we went to concierge and Kim booked up our whole week for us, she had lots of fun and exciting suggestions for us and she explained where to go for each excursion. We booked the Longboard club access and would highly recommend it. Hawaii doesn't have all-inclusive but this was the next best thing. We ate big breakfasts every morning and it was sooo good, we rarely had to eat lunch during the day. We often used the evening snacks/charcuterie as our dinner. The servers (especially Kumiko) always remembered us and what we liked to drink and were super attentive to anything we needed.
Since we were on our honeymoon, we were gifted some champagne in our room one evening which was a special treat.
Housekeeping only came every other day (which they told us at check in) so if we needed more towels or anything we were able to get them at the front desk. ALSO they let you take towels from the hotel out to the beach or on your excursion and then drop them off to be cleaned when you get back to the hotel which we loved.
It was our first time in Hawaii and I can't imagine staying anywhere else when we come back! [Details]

My family and I really liked this hotel. All the staff were very friendly, particularly the valet staff and front desk! Hotel is very clean and very quick to help when we needed assistance.
We love the location, the hotel restaurants were great, we like to venture out to smaller local restaurants and we were able to do so as well! [Details]
