Everything is in good repair and well taken care of. Staff were very polite and kind, eager to assist with whatever we required.

I actually really enjoyed our stay here. The pools are great, the rooms are great and the location is great. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good every day. My only “complaints” would be housekeeping didn't come every day so we had to ask for new towels and toilet paper and I feel like the cost of parking should be included in your stay if you have a vehicle. I will definitely stay here again if we come back to Disneyland.

The only thing that this hotel has going for it is it's location.

My family and I had the most incredible experience at this hotel. The food was amazing, the hotel was clean, and the staff were amazing.

I was sold a ticket through an agent for myself an 3 kids, for a 6 day stay at the hotel. I was initially told the ticket package included hot breakfast buffet for us all, as well as free parking. When we arrived to check in, and I inquired about the said included hot buffet, I was told they aren't offering that anymore- likely due to covid. Fair enough; however when I expect an alternative…I was offered $24 a day for all 4 of us! They had a very small bar set up, with cereals and muffins, coffee and come hot premade breakfast foods. It was very high priced! Not tasty at all. Coffee was terrible, you had to BUY the milk if you bought the cereal. It was really a bummer experience as far as the food goes… Rooms were nice. Beds a bit hard; but the pillows made up for that. No direct shuttle to Disney, you have to book through an app and catch a public transit bus. Hot tub was cold 4/6 days we were there. Kids enjoyed the pool, but it was on the cooler side as well. I'd stay again, if and when they open and offer the breakfast buffet.

If you are planning on going to the Theme Park area in Anaheim, this hotel should be on your list. It's only a 15 minute walk to the parks and if you wanted to use transportation, the hotel is next to one of the parking lots that bus you to the park. The suites have kitchens with full refrigerators and dishwashers which really helped in meal preparation; perfect for saving hundreds of dollars on lunches and suppers in the parks. It's really expensive... hot dogs, small bag of chips, and drinks for 4 people was almost 50 dollars US. The suite was big and spacious which helped with personal quiet time at the end of those long days. I was traveling with my 3 sons and one would head to the bedroom, one on the couch and one sitting at the dining table while I made supper. Everyone had space to unwind and relax. There was also an included breakfast buffet and evening social that we enjoyed as well. The breakfast had everything from bagels, waffles to eggs, sausages, and potatoes; all of the selections I tried were really good. The evening social from Monday to Thursday supplied a light supper (was ample enough to be all you needed) along with beer and wine. This was extremely cool to enjoy supper and a beer while the kids played in the pool and hot tub. The overall condition of the hotel was top notch with everything clean and well kept and the staff were wonderful! An added bonus was when I emailed a shopping list of groceries to the hotel before we left and found everything on the list in our room when we arrived. It was the best to have that service! there was nothing that I didn't like or thought was lacking and we will be staying at that hotel again on our next trip. It's an awesome place to stay!

Great customer service. Check in and out were very quick which was nice. Had issues with our bathtub and sink, they sent a handyman out late at night (right as soon as we were back from Disneyland) he fixed it right away and was super nice. Beds were a bit small for myself and my husband to stay in together which was disappointing. Nice grab and go breakfast (Red delicious apple, yogurt, granola bar, and juice was awesome), nice change from the regular toast/muffin other hotels offer. Love staying on this side of Disneyland since it is a much prettier walk than the other side of the park (Lots of pretty palm trees, Christmas lights on the trees, super clean and you get to walk through Downtown Disney which is very nice and fun)

Great hotel to stay at....clean, quiet and helpful in all aspects. We never tried the bar or restaurant in house because there is plenty to choose from in the neighborhood and we like variety. Check in and out is seamless and all staff went out of their way to help us or answer any questions. Disneyland travellers....stay here and use the hotel provided shuttle service. Reliable and often. We would return here for our next LA stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Portofino Anaheim hotel.We had one issue with the neighbors arguing at 4a.m.When we mentioned it in the morning ,the front desk girl promptly moved us rooms.I was very impressed with the service at this hotel.Both rooms we were in were very clean.The walk to Disneyland was less than 10 minutes.Would not hesitate to stay here again!

Girlfriend and I chose this hotel for our Disney vacation. Stayed a total of 6 days and had a great stay
