Small laid back resort, waterfront and beach located in a cove, calm, clear and shallow water. The hotel is dated but well maintained, our room was facing the beach with a view we appreciated. Included were snorkelling and other excursions on catamarans owned by the hotel. Rooms were clean, good food, staff friendly and motivated.

It's a disappointment. Sunset at the Palms shows 4.5 star reviews but this is 2 or 2.5 star resort the most. Don't expect much. Food in a restaurant - no selection, no ham, salami, no lemon, no lime, ….poor selection of food, some fruits but not looking good. Italian night had not have enough spaghetti or tomato sauce. Will not go back, and I think this is my last time to go to Jamaica. Beach is nice but small and not for swimming or snorkeling, just for floating in a 4ft deep water the max. Towels were not changed every day in a room.

We stayed here for our 30th anniversary in the Diamond Club section and had a great time. Food and beverages were better than expected. The hotel is showing regular wear and tear due to the weather and salt water, but the grounds crews are constantly cleaning and fixing things. This did not bother us at all. We will definitely be back again with friends and family.

Was there with some friends to celebrate a milestone birthday. Place is dated, yes, but kept clean. Service makes up for everything. Was a little worried before going after reading negative reviews on the food. Not sure what they were talking about as the buffet and a-la-cartes were all very good. Bars had a large variety of drinks, especially the bottomless glasses of prosecco.. Beach is raked and cleaned every morning. Don't be surprised to see starfish and stingrays swimming by you while enjoying the waves..only downfall to the beach is the large amount of vendors walking by selling goods. They are only allowed on the first 15 feet of the water and security guards are very good at keeping them at that 15 feet..All around a good vacation..

Everything we did at this resort exceeded expectations! We stayed in the Hideaway, adult section, our room was a few short steps from everything we needed. With the pool and beach right out front of our building we could be snorkeling in minutes and could go for hours with all there was to see. The buffet was the next building over and all the other restaurants and shops were next to that. The food and drinks were very good and the buffet was large with a very good selection of great food options.

I love this place. The customer service is top notch, from wait staff, to the front desk, to the bar, to the housekeeping. Everyone was super professional, and friendly. The room I stayed in was a good size. The bed very comfortable. Coffee maker was replenished every day. There was a mini fridge available. COCO is close to conveniences. The only thing I could pick on was the Wifi coverage. The signal was very weak while in the room, but once I was on the common grounds, the signal was sufficient. I have to talk about the pools as well. Super clean, very pleasant, never crowded, but I did travel during slow season. Security was always around, but if youre not looking for them you may not see them. This, for me was a plus. I felt very safe staying at coco.

I checked in April 1, 2024, after a extremely long bus ride. Was not greeted by the most pleasant until person until another lady took over and assisted me. I upgraded to the Azul section on the main floor suite 1011. They accommodated me with the room I wanted which was nice. No water or welcome drink provided but when I was checking out, someone was checking in and she was welcomed with a bottle of water. Not a big deal just noticed. Room was very clean, beds were comfortable and air conditioned was really good. Flat screen smart tv, which I was able to connect my Netflix and Prime. Please be aware that there are no beach towels provided as stated on their website so bring one if you need. There is a shortage of water so you may not get clean towels everyday. The new pool was nice and clean however the steps leading down were extremely slipper any my son fell and bruised his leg badly. I also witnessed others falling and had to warn them. I suggest putting a sign as a beware or but something on the stairs. We had the all inclusive package and the food was decent most of the time, with different options to choose from. The people for the most part were very nice and welcoming however there are a few bad seeds, bartender rolling her eyes when asking for a drink, almost like they hated being there, no smiles and almost rude like you were disturbing them. The resort was clean and well kept, a few things that needed to be updated but not bad for a three star. I would definitely recommend this place if you are just looking for relaxion. If you want to party then go to the beach. The only downfall is a lack of sun shade and umbrellas at the sister resort Legends. Crammed in lounge chairs on a very small beach. If you are a snorkeler like me you have to go to the reef because I didn't see anything off the beach. We paid $50 US each to take us out in a glass bottom boat that you can find off the beach. Don't waste your money on expensive trips, I was able to see a sea turtle and Manta ray among a lot of other beautiful fish. Overall I would come back and would recommend.

First time in Jamaica. Have to learn how not to be in a rush. Staff is great and friendly but work at Jamaican speed. But you are on holidays. Cannot beat the beach and ocean. Calm warm water.
