My husband and I booked this resort to celebrate our honeymoon. What a disappointment! We were booked into a Sapphire Room when we are purchased a Diamond Ocean View Room. When we brought this to the front desk's attention, we were told it was a glitch and their system and they did not have a Diamond Ocean View Room to give us. They did move us to a Diamond Room but as the lady at the front desk said "not their best room". It was on the second floor and did not have an ocean view. In fact it overlooked a roof below and part of the other resort's maintenance sheds. We were told we would need to stay there until our proper room was ready for us on Wednesday afternoon (we arrived Monday). The room was not completely ready for us when we arrived and we had to call down to the front desk for robes and to have our mini fridge stocked. The shower/tub leaked and the electrical outlets in the bathroom had melted. The front desk woke us up at 7:30 a.m. on Wednesday to tell us to pack up and be ready to be out of our room at noon. Our new room was not to be ready until 3:00 p.m. After numerous complaints to the front desk, our onsite tour representative (who was amazing), and finally to the manager, we were given a $150 resort credit to be used during our stay. Our Diamond Ocean View Room was advertised as having a separate jetted tub and shower - they were not separate; in room premium liquor - they do not include this any longer; stocked mini fridge with beer, wine, and mixers - did not include wine and was only stocked with two beers a day, some water, and some pop; 24 hour concierge - there was only one or two concierge staff in the hotel lobby that everyone used, we did not get individual service as advertised; and 24 hour room service - there is not a room service menu and it is a $5.00 service charge. Bed was hard as a rock and room was starting to look dated. When we complained about these services/amenities not being provided, we received a "sorry" and a brush off from staff. They did not seem to care that we were there to celebrate our honeymoon and were disappointed. We spoke to several other couples who also were put into wrong rooms and had to wait to be moved. Pool was ice cold; pool did not open until 10 a.m. and closed at 6:00 p.m.; rotating closure of restaurants; little to no nightly entertainment; music at pool was so loud you could not have a conversation; beach was overcrowded; front desk staff were not helpful; lots of bees/wasps around bars and at the beach (so many that I actually got stung), etc. I would not recommend this resort, especially at the price point it is being offered at. If you go, don't bother upgrading to the Diamond rooms. They are not worth the extra money.

Honest Review - The food fantastic, a couple of times something wasn't quite right but it was quickly fixed. (like steak ordered medium and it was rare) The drinks were great, never had to wait. The serving staff, awesome, Calmore, Robert, Conway, Omar, Anna ( singing bartender, amazing), Kirk, and Tracia (from the spa) many more I can't remember all their names. The front desk staff, were indifferent, unfriendly, almost rude especially on our departure day, not a good last impression. (The front desk staff were reading the comment cards as the guests passed them in, not good!!) The three Al a Carte restaurants were very good. One hiccup we had was trying to change our table size from a 4 to a 6 (even though all 6 had the same dining time). The other issue was our friend has a severe allergy to Dill, our server did not know what Dill was, nor did three other servers, we had to google it and show them) The smoothie bar was fantastic, the wraps and chips with dip, delish! The snack bar also fantastic! The rooms were extremely basic, not impressive, our friends room didn't have a dresser (no place to put clothes). The fridge was extremely noisy as was the fan if turned on higher than low. Are these things big deals, no not really, but I expected much better given the price paid. They were very clean, the nightly turn down service was one of our favorite "things" about the resort, it was lovely to come back in the evening to fresh ice and water. The bathrooms were small and cramped, it was hard to get cool water in the shower, most of the time it was super hot. Several times we had to call for room service/ bar menus as they were not left in our room ( not a big deal, however it's supposed to be there, it should be). Room service was ok, very late one day (an hour) and perfectly on time another. The food wasn't very warm when it arrived. The beach small, but clean and always a chair available, the red flag for drinks were hit and miss, sometimes easier and faster to get your own, again not a big deal. The water had spots of sea-grass and rocks, I would advise water shoes. They had large floats in the water to enjoy, 6 people easy could fit in one. We enjoyed these. The pools were clean, temperature ok. Very little music at the pools unless guests brought their own speakers. I didn't go to Jamaica to listen to Country Music. There are several excursions included, this is great, however we were not given a tour or rundown of the facilities when we arrived therefore we missed out on several things, as they were only offered once a week. We did do the catamaran tour, again it was ok until they played country music then it was awful. They only served run punch, but were told they would have beer, mimosas and champagne.( not a huge deal, however, don't say it, if it's not going to happen) I love Jamaica, I have been 7 times, I love the people and I love the music. Couples missed the boat on the music. The spa is nice, the best feature is being able to use the steam room and plunge pools without having a spa treatment. We took advantage of that feature several times. The Island was fine, quieter than I remembered, Conway was great! This was our second trip to Couples Tower Isle, first was 20 Years ago. I couldn't wait to go back.. I don't feel the same now. We are on the fence as to whether we will return again. I am not sure if value for money is there in comparison to other resorts.

Don't go there!!
Awful!! Outdated!! Cold management!! I reserved for a week on Friday snd arrived on Sunday, they didn't have my reservation in their system because their office closes on the weekends. So I get to the front desk with my suitcases and my printouts of my booking and the lady at the desk tells me she can't find my reservation I'm not in the system. She left me hanging there for a few seconds until I asked ´ok, but I'm here now so what are my options? What do ee do now???? She asked me to pay for the night untill they sort it out the next day. Ok so I paid for that first night even dough I had all of my proofs of booking. I had booked an ocean view room and they put me in a parking lot view room. I argued with them that this is not the room described on my booking that was supposed to have the nice ocean view, hairdryer and flat screentv with cable!?! They said that this is what I had booked and that I could still see a tiny bit of the ocean pass the gazebo of the parking lot. After complaining for 2 days they finally changed our room. But I had to get my travel agency representative talk to them because they didn't hear me. The hotel is outdated, need renos ASAP. Plumbing is rough no pressure when you flush the toilet and the water temperature changes when you shower constantly from warm to burning hot or warm to cold. It's stressful!!Be ready for an experience! I will never go there again!!! My husband is Jamaican and this is by far the worst place we've stayed in Jamaica. 100$ us per night? Ridiculous!! You could have better for less money. The owners of this place don't care about their guests it is obvious. I'm providing you with some pictures of my ´ocean view room' and of the furniture getting eaten vu termites. Ah yeah I forgot to mention, they have termites in their furniture.
