Orlando

When I checked in I was greeted by a beautiful Jamaican lady, I believe her name was Alicia. She made the check in enjoyable and fast. She even walked me to my room. The room was large and extremely clean. Not much to do in the hotel because the fitness center was located off site in the medical center. This was a turn off for me. I like to just wake up and go down to the gym for a quick workout. The pool area was clean and enough chairs for all guess. Towels were plenty and staff was always cleaning.

Beautiful resort that felt like you were secluded in the country side. Pool areas were clean and definitive bonus to have heated pools for kids!

We arrived late at night. Our keys were waiting for us at the office. There was a welcome package waiting which contained some meal items for the morning. We will definitely be back

Have 2 young kids, and the pools villa were perfect. Noteworthy as it was unexpected: the villa did not come with housekeeping. Not the end of the world for a week, but we didn't know that and it wasn't noted anywhere in the details.

This was a nice clean hotel to stay at. We truly enjoyed our stay here and would return.

Our agent asked for first floor as my mom is 75 and recent breast cancer survivor that is on medication that makes her tired, when checked in was put on top floor (no elevators) and when asked if could be moved fell on deaf ears. The condo had bumpy carpet, some threadbare, beds were atrocious lumpy noisy you couldn't move without waking the dead. 5 people with two chairs able to fit on the tiny patio. Last year we dealt with extremely rude check in people. There were clearly vacant units that we could have been moved too

The bed was clean and comfy the pool was decent enough. While we were there the hot tub was caution taped off and broken but the pool was decent. The furnishing was worn but really we don't spend much time in the room. There was a small fridge and microwave which was nice. The regular breakfast was not being served from COVID but they did a bagged breakfast that was ok. Would have liked to see the place with things open (games room bar coffee shop all closed) in walking distance there are some good restaurants. A fun mini good place. We enjoyed our stay. Nothing fancy but serviceable enough.

Stayed Mid-February 2014 (7 nights).Very nice property and close to everything on International Drive in Orlando! Couldn't ask for a nicer Pool and Hot Tub area. Sandy area with Volleyball net was a nice addition. Renovated Rooms were more than adequate. Nice, big flat screen TV in room which worked great. Lovely lobby area. Grounds very well kept and no problems parking on recently newly paved lot. Only negatives were an extremely loud A/C and dehumidifier unit in room, but they did their job perfectly. Laminate Flooring in room was very nice. Would book here again no problem! If booking here, stay away from rooms facing the highway (too noisy). Reserve rooms facing Parking Lot or pay small premium for Pool view room.
