The room itself was nice enough. We found the staff knowledgable and helpful. Service was pretty good. Food service was very disappointing. Being so close to a theme park I expected more options for eating. The fancy restaurant, no place for kids, kids' menu pathetic and cafeteria like deli that was open for extended hours had a very poor selection. Even for myself. Shuttles to Disney and mall although free, were infrequent, not very convenient and we often waited in the blazing heat/sun as shuttles were often up to 45 minutes late. Again, not kid friendly. Pool area too small for how big the resort is. also was charged $10 a day for internet access, at a supposedly 4 star hotel! as if we didn't already pay enough for the rooms. [Details]

The hotel was clean, neat and the staff was phenominal. The only thing we found strange was the cab fares were quite overpriced. If you can rent a car it would cost you less. The food at the restaurants were great and the pool was great for the kids. The park shuttles were good however, one day we went to Animal kingdom and asked the driver when he will be back and he never showed! We were stranded there at 10:00pm at night! Make sure you ask the driver when he will come back. This is not the hotels mistake but you have to let them know. Otherwise this was a great place to stay for the price and it was about 15-20 minutes to any of the theme parks without the resort costs. Two thumbs up!!! [Details]

Very clean, close to Walt Disney World, dining restaurants, grocery stores, all within close proximity. Two great pools, very impressed, and definitely would stay there again. We had the two bedroom villa, it was great to have our own kitchen and make our own breakfast and coffee in the morning, saved us money insteady of eating out all of the time. Also appreciated the washer and dryer in the suite, I mean who likes to go home with dirty clothes, not me! Balcony was enclosed and private overlooking the pond, very nice. Drove to Cocoa Beach which is also close, great place to spend a day at the beach. [Details]
