No complaints,,,this property suited it's purpose as a clean place to stay at the end of a long day
Rooms were updated,,,was on 9th floor,,,traffic noise could b heard,,,pool was smaller than appeared in picture but was very warm [Details]

The hotel itself is pretty nice for the price and the free shuttle to Universal is a big plus. However, I noticed that I was getting bitten after day 2 of our stay and ended up finding bed bugs in our room. I would be lying if I didn't say that this ruined the trip experience. The room itself was clean but that doesn't matter when some traveller before us brings bugs in with their luggage. I will say that the staff were professional and helpful in trying to help us rid our stuff of these critters. If you choose to stay here, check your bed frames, and avoid the vicinity of room 429. We arrived before the check in time, and were allowed access to our room. This was great, since we were travelling with little ones who were quite tired.

The weak points

Bigger rooms would be nice.

Hotel and location were as expected. We wanted a cheaper deal for hotel car and air as we were going to spend time away from the hotel with friends who live north of Orlando. Room was clean as was the bathroom although I found the bathroom uncomfortably small. Beds were comfortable carpet was clean. Internet was not good . Husband spent an hour on the phone with hotel people and tech support who even came to the room but to no avail. At the same time the tv broke down and we had both the internet tech guy there along with the tv repair guy. Tv was repaired. The front desk was very accommodating and compensated us with breakfast vouchers. Easy drive to Disney from the hotel. [Details]
