International Palms Resort Orlando

The front desk staff were excellent. Hotel room was clean, the furniture was out dated and a little broken but if you are looking for just a place to rest your head at night then this is definitely a good option at an affordable price. [Details]

It was rated a 4 stars hotel / resort, at most we would give it a 2. The first night we were assigned "E" building, the room is smelly, old, no chairs for the desk, bathroom mirror looked like someone shot bullets on it, no remote for old tube TV, dresser and end table falling apart. We call the front desk requesting for chair and remote, no one showed up. Next day, we request another room, Maria was rude and unhelpful until we got mad, she finally assigned us another room on Building "D". This room bathroom has mildews on the bathtub caulking, black spots on the bottom of bathtub, pieces peeling off from bathtub, as a result, we can't bathe our 2 and 5 years old kids, the toilet won't stay up, my son and I have to "P" sitting down or make a mess of the toilet seat. There are cockroaches running round the dresser. The room is smelly and extremely noisy from the corridor / highway! The internet is extremely SLOW! We request the front desk to address this issues, nothing happened! Whoever rated this place a 4 stars should give their head a shake! Please get this rating corrected so that future vacationers are informed! We do not recommend this hotel / resort! [Details]

International Palms was a great experience and had a great price for a great room, great view and wonderful area! We completely enjoyed our stay and there were many things to do! Would definitely recommend this hotel to others. [Details]

Older hotel in need of updating, it was a great stay for the money spent. Room was clean, beds were comfortable and staff were helpful. [Details]

Rooms were dirty and found a roach in the bathroom. Air conditioner was not working and TV had a line down the side. Hotel did nothing to resolve the problem. [Details]
