We loved our stay ! The food was quite good. Especially the Mexican and steak houses . The staff were friendly, and attentive.

Hotel is fine. Great ocean view. Not much of a beach. It's rocky/granular Easy 20 minute walk to downtown shops, entertainment and local history.. whale watching tour is a must Do . Bring a sweater

Canto Del Sol, We have been here 5 times and have had a great time. Lot's of great Tours and things to see, Ton's of Farmer Market's to barter with the owner's. Entertainment at the hotel, Staff are very helpful and friendly.

second time to a Dreams. this one was very noisy , didn't realize the Secret's for 55 and older was a thing would of gone there. other wise the staff were excellent, love the all inclusive.

This is our second time at this hotel and we love it. This hotel has everything you need as a young family looking for a getaway with young children. The Pirate park is great the kids club is amazing and the resort is safe, clean and friendly. We go to this hotel for the kids activities, location and safety. However I probably wouldn't go to this hotel if I didn't have my kids with me. There is no night life and the food is a 3/5 and we were unable to make any bookings at the restaurants at the resort due to scheduling, website and staff confusion. Over all a great family vacation spot.

Service was excellent from arrival to departure..reception, maids, beach and restaurant. Get up by 6;30a.m.to get a pool/ beach lounger. Staff will remove your stuff if left unattended for an hour and someone needs a spot. Entertainment is good, location is easy to go to centro & RZ. Food quality especially in the buffet trays is sub par..lukewarm and unappetizing.looking. We chose carefully and ate out a few times. We would return

What a great place to come relax and unwind. My wife and I spent a wonderful week from February 10th through the 17th. This was our first visit to the Barcelo Puerto Vallarta and this definitely won't be our last. From the very first day to the final day we were treated like family by the staff this made our stay even more enjoyable. The food in the restaurants were fantastic, the service was top notch. The view from our room was amazing. The pools were great, with plenty of selections where you can sit and relax, enjoy the sun with a drink in your hand. The beach was beautiful, sandy no rocks with plenty of chairs to lay and relax in the sun. Our room was equipped perfectly with everything you'd need for a comfortable stay. We stayed in the Premium suites at the resort, which I would definitely recommend. The Premium level gives you a separate check in and checkout area, you also have unlimited access to all the al carte restaurants depending on availability. My recommendation is to make your reservations as soon as you can. Also you room service 24 hours a day at no extra charge. The Premium level also gives you the best views from your balcony. You definitely should try the Premium Level.

Have been returning to this Hotel yearly for over 20 years meeting up with friends. Furniture in lounge is very very old, and dirty and should be replaced. Pads on chairs in dinning areas need to be replaced or cleaned. Dinning areas are kept too Cold. Therefor Food is always cold. They have the same Ala Cart menu at both Restaurants. No varieties. Food use to be much better other years.

Loved that every room is Ocean Front. The hotel is nice and it was clean. There were too many kids/ families, but it could have been the time of year we chose (last week of March). For what we paid we really have no complaints except for the kids. We were happy we could hang out at the roof top area.
