The rooms, staff, beach are all great! It's unfortunate that the food quality is not good and they serve the cheapest alcohol - only the cheapest wine (1€ bottles in Europe) and watered down beer. The liquor is also the lowest quality and you can taste it. Their best tequila is a $20 bottle and it goes down from there. If you tip extra they bring out better tequila but we didn't find out until the last day and this is not advertised (and yes we had been tipping all week). Buffets are disgusting. If it wasn't for the food and drink quality, I would definitely return - because the staff are wonderful and are proud to work there which is great! We're all happy to never eat or drink there again. Even the pop is all knock off brands. Breakfast buffet had 5 different trays of chips covered in various sauces. Same food every day for breakfast and lunch - even the burgers were gross. Management should spend more on quality of food! This is a true 3.5 star hotel with the food of a 2.5 star. [Details]

Staff, beach, ambiance, music at the pool

The weak points

Food, alcohol, beverages in general. Coffee and tea are awful as well. Anytime you had to talk to reception it was a very long wait. One client at a time.

Food handling was not the most sanitary (using their bare hands on multiple things including fingers inside my cup when carrying).
