This hotel is worth every penny. They will say yes to everything you ask (If reasonable). The staff is extra professional. Will make sure you stay happy, no matter what. They have one butler per floor who makes sure you are enjoying your stay. They dont surprise you with extra fees. A REAL ALL-INCLUSIVE. Also the food is great.

Oh... The spa experience is out of this world. (Take a massage)

And why I say 11/10 is because they think of everything before you even think about it.
