This is our 3rd year in a row. The hotel never disappoints. The Service cannot be matched and the new coffee bar is great. We never had to fight for any chairs at the beach. The service at Lupita, the beach and Isla grill was extremely impressive [Details]

Service and cleanliness no towel game no waiting at any resaurants

The weak points

wi-fi is very weak a little boring--not much to do at night pool area could use a little music or something
