If you're tired of going to all inclusive ithat they pack you in like cattle and heard you through a Buffet line then this is a place for you very personalized excellent service they make you fresh breakfast each day. A smaller personalized resort my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed with a picturesque view 250 feet above the ocean overlooking the bay just an amazing time. Lots of stairs and not handicap accessible just so you know older property that spotlessly clean

We had a great time at the Irma! They were a family friendly hotel with great guacamole and pools! We were on the 6th floor which wasn't a problem, but if stairs are a problem, make sure you get a main floor suite! I would definitely return to the Irma! [Details]

clean rooms, kid friendly, close to beach, great pools, awesome guacamole on the pool deck.

The weak points

cost of drinks for children was way too high, 6th floor... lots of stairs

This was my third stay at this hotel. Our flight was not leaving till 3:30 in the morning and it was difficult to get them to admit they had a hospitality suite for a shower and rest. Once that was organized, it was fine. Very handy location. [Details]
