The resort was nicely renovated. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained, landscape is designed well. The common areas, lobby, hallways, patios, washrooms etc. are also very welcoming, always kept clean. Beautifully decorated as well. The restaurants are nice too, and the food was very good. Drinks from the pool bars are average, nothing special but good enough. The Lobby bar's drinks were a bit better. The pools are very nice and this is the first resort we encounter that has 3 pool bars. The rooms are newly renovated. We saw the design of the new rooms, nicely decorated, nice furniture, it created a pretty luxury atmosphere. Unfortunately the room we were given was not like that. The room itself was renovated, the walls painted and the bathroom renovated, however the furniture was the old one and the room was bare: no decorations on the walls and no light fixtures other than the pot lights. It created a "cold" environment and not what we expected. The service was good, staff was very attentive and responded to all requests in a timely manner. [Details]

The Hotel name meet my expectation. This building that they take over still need more upgrade to bring it up to their name that I know. It is too far from the city or the main high- way. Staff and service was good. Any issue: once you address it or call, it was corrected. The 2026 February weather this year was too cold to enjoy the beach or the pool.. [Details]
