Experience was beautiful. Celebrated my husband's birthday, first time in Mexico. Staff and ground's lovely. Favorite was the daily live music by the pool, classy, elegant and different. Night entertainment was disappointing, more effort needs to be placed here. Expected more from the grill restaurant, selection very minimal. [Details]

I really liked staying at this hotel. It was exactly like the pictures showed. There was a party pool and a quieter pool if you wanted to chill or go to the beach. I found the hotel to be really clean and the staff were super friendly and helpful. This was a great place for singles but also couples as well. It was a nice balance.
My only feedback would be the restaurant wait times. Almost every night we waited for an hour to be seated and long waits for food. [Details]

Overall it's a great resort - so much so that my girlfriend and I would highly consider coming back in the future.

Food was excellent, top shelf booze and the grounds were great as well. All in all a fantastic resort. [Details]

The strong points

- lots of variety in food options; no restaurant reservations needed was a big plus - attentive staff always willing to help - top shelf booze with generous pours - rooms were well appointed with comfortable bed and pillows; HUGE shower was awesome

The weak points

- minor issues with the room (loose shower handle, curtain pull bar came off - but could still completely close them) - some loose/broken tiles in the hallways - ocean wasn't really swimmable; dark murky water and lots of seaweed

- maids didn't always do a thorough cleaning (left crumbs on the counter, didn't change pillowcase that clearly had makeup on it - from our use - despite requesting linen change)

The strong points

Amazing customer service with all the staff members, very clean resort. Someone was always cleaning. Drinks that were made from Daylan and Fernando tasted fantastic. Event staff : Freddy and Daniel were awesome. Waitress Ester was so sincere and kind.

The weak points

The presentation of their Ultimate Club was too long. However we still loved the sales girl. Beach was clean however the ocean was closed a couple time and the water was red/brown..must have been some sewage problem?

Our ruined anniversary

Hotel was ridiculously bad. Service was disappointing. We were there for our anniversary and suppose there was the anniversary package but we didn't get it and complained and manager says she made sure we would get it. Nothing happened. Reservation made for 2 romantic dinner at the beach,got there our table was taken by someone else they tried to ask customers to leave they didn't which I think it's wrong, to kick other people out when you make mistakes. Then they decide to setup another table we waited for 45 mins . We asked if we could get late checkout , they said we can pay to extend so they didn't get back to us than we complained to the manager , she promised everything for anniversary and romantic dinner ,but nothing happened except after we complained we stayed until 4 pm . This resort has lack of training and no cumkinivatuon and no system . If there is any special occasion please don't reply on them. The resort is nice but the experience with the people it's just wrong . After all this resort doesn't deserve 5 star I gave attached a photo while we are waiting for them to setup the table [Details]
