Absolutely stunning in every aspect! Beautiful lush tropical grounds surrounded by lagoons and one of the top rated golf courses in Mexico.Really you have to experience it for yourself to understand the top quality of the service, food, rooms and staff provided here. We really enjoyed the bikes & boats & golf carts that take you around the entire Mayakoba community. Thank you to Carla Gonzalez who helped secure our dinner reservations for our 2 week stay. Oscar and Mauricio at the Hix lounge (where we had incredible sushi for lunch daily) gave us 10 out of 10 AMAZING service every day! Jose at the La Laguna restaurant & the best driver San Diego Jesus who drove us around to the many restaurants and pools/beach area,made our trip even more memorable with his outstanding hospitality, jokes and stories.However we really need to express that the entire staff (too many names to mention) at this resort are Incredible! We will certainly return at least once a year, as it is a true 10 out of 10 resort! Can't wait until the next time we visit. [Détails]
