Location. Nice Rooms Players club had good benefits once we figured out how to use them
The weak points
Some staff were terrible. One at inside bell desk would not look up from her book to help Players club staff not helpful when $$ rewards disappeared off cards. Bell desk outside asked for tips upfront which made us feel not safe to leave bags

We have stayed at Treasure Island a few times, and each seems better than the last. The rooms are clean and spacious, as is the entire hotel. The deep soaker tub in the bathrooms are amazing. TI is located in the center of the strip and offers tons of entertainment in itself, from the casino to the restaurants and bars. The staff is amazing and friendly each time we stay. [Details]

A Fabulous Place To Stay

Check in was fast and easy it was my wife's birthday so they were so generous to send up a bottle of champagne for her to celebrate! Rooms are clean modern and nice and clean! Great Location, price, friendly staff restaurants are great modern extra clean rooms it's all great!
The weak points
There is only one weak point I could find and that it is very Smokey in the casino I find it more of a stronger smell from TI's casinos compared to others if it wasn't so strong we would last longer at the casino part! Rooms are fresh and fresh smelling!

My husband & I honeymooned @ TI & it was a great 1st Vegas experience. We chose to spend a little less on a hotel so we could have more money for activities & we were happy with our choice in TI. The rooms were standard North American hotel rooms however the comphy King bed & large, updated bathroom were great surprises. The front desk was nice enough to upgrade us to the 2nd highest floor when we mentioned that it was our honeymoon as well as our 1st time in Vegas. We ended up with a direct view down the Strip where we could watch the Mirage Volcano & Bellagio fountains from our bed! As far as location goes-it is the last hotel on the main part of the Strip so some days it was a long walk (the bus is an expensive rip off). Amenities wise it wasn't anything special, nor did it disappoint. We took advantage of the hotel discount & took in the Cirque show, which is one of the older shows so it's not as theatrical as some of the others. The food we had was simple but good-Pho & buffet. I have recommended this resort to many clients who are looking for an affordable, clean hotel in Vegas. [Details]

Front desk staff are terrible, not helpful at all and it seems as if you are bothering them. Even worse when you go the bell hop desk, they get mad that they need to put down their phone to talk to you. Unless the price is way way cheaper then others would not recommend. Coming out of the elevator is very tough as all elevators and main walkway come together. Need to put hand over door so it doesn't close too fast. Can only get an elevator to go up if someone is getting off of it

The front desk staff was very sharp and used words like OK and Yup instead of thanks etc. They did not keep the special requests for the room on file and I had to exert extra force to get what I wanted. The signs on the wall said you may have to show your room key to get to the elevator but the bouncers were very direct and everyone going to the elevator had to show their key. At a bar I heard two servers yelling at a coupe of patrons. No one ever asked me to get a players card. Overall the service sucked. [Details]

found a great price so decided to stay at TI. it was clean, but the only complaint i have is it is a bit far from the center of the strip, i consider bellagio the middle of the strip and every time we had to walk there it would be almost 30 mins.and in the desert heat was really had to walk 10 mins without a break in AC.

food was okay, the buffet left me asking for more. (lucky we got the buffet for free it was one of the benefits with booking with this hotel, i would be mad if i had to pay for it) [Details]

We liked absolutely everything. The perfect location, casino, food, entertainment (Mystére) and room were found by us in it. The hotel is very safety. At the beginning we had a problem with Internet access, but later, we figured out it.

I am going to lead with the positive, the room was great, the food average (I am a vegetarian and I knew the U.S would not have much,the food was what I expected). The pool was nice.
The service I received at the hotel was unacceptable, I found the front desk staff extremely rude. There was a problem with my reservation which could be easily fixed but instead of fixing it they told me I needed to fix it. The arrogance of the American culture tried to ruin my vacation .I did not raise my voice or act a fool but the front desk supervisor needed a tongue lashing. I bit my tongue and quietly left Las Vegas knowing that I would not choose to go again.

Room okay after a request for a change...had to be firm with the request. Resort fee of $25/day not worth it. No access in our room to wifi. Had it checked out. We're told that they were in the process of changing systems and our room had no modem. There would be no charge. However on checkout we still were charged. On our way out to catch our plane another smug, condescending fellow came up. On entering our room he commented..what do you mean you don't have access, you do. When he checked he concluded that we in fact did not...didn't apologize for his earlier comments! We will see what becomes of the charge...I am not too trusting that it will be waived. Would not stay here again. Would choose a different hotel. Location is good. Casino is a bit dingy. [Details]

Great location to other strip properties

My expectations matched what I received. A bit of disappointment was that the swimming pools were closed and the pirate ship show was no longer operating...however the hotel still charges a daily resort fee of $25 with little value. A couple of 2 for 1 vouchers, newspapers, and wifi access...and that's it folks. Treasure Island is close to other strip hotels so you do not have to walk too far to see other free shows of the Mirage and the Belaigio. A not so known feature of T.I. is the free tram connecting the T.I. to the Mirage. A real plus when you do not want to walk the distance. I expected our room would have a coffee maker, no such luck but a Starbucks is on site. Overall, room was clean and quiet, even on a late Saturday night prior to Super Bowl. Another plus of this property is the shopping mall with its shops is very close. Lastly, if your looking for a good buffet, use the 2 for 1 coupon, but better buffets can be found at Wynns, Encore or even the Flamingo. [Details]

Stay away from Pho and Bar across horrible service and for drink you had to wait too long
Only ONE bartender was on each side and you most likely get the drink faster if you sit and play by any table .
