First time, not our last!

We had the absolute best time at the Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit! The hospitality isn't comparable to any other resort. The food and staff were amazing. We didn't take advantage of the programs they had to offer due to our kids ages, but next time we absolutely will. We want to give a shout out to our Concierge Maria for coming through and making it extra special for the kids, Nadia and Gilberto for the incredible poolside service, Gustavo N. for always making sure we were comfortable poolside, and lastly Ricardo W. for the amazing service at Azul every single day. We highly recommend this resort for anyone considering it. We will definitely be back! [Details]

I would highly recommend this hotel if you want to relax and be pampered! From the moment you walk on the property you know you are in for something special to start you receive complimentary welcome message at check in. The rooms are clean and well stocked. The pool area offers large comfortable lounge chairs and superb poolside service. The A La Carte restaurants are fantastic and you are not rushed out like most all inclusive resorts. [Details]
