Ventus Ha' is one of three beautiful resorts in the complex. Each room is decorated in modern tones and finishes. The pools are wonderful and family friendly, except the adult only pool. The employees are very polite and courteous as well. Although the beach is being eroded by weeds, they do an exceptional job of keeping the weeds at bay. We were a family of 4 with 2 teens in one room which was perfect for our needs. [Details]

The pools and grounds, the employees.

The weak points

We were there over Christmas and with the exception of the gorgeous Christmas trees throughout the property, we didn't see Santa or any other such Christmas items.

We had 10 wonderful days at the Ventus Ha. We chose the Ventus Ha becasue it was the smaller of the 3 resorts and we were looking for a quiet holiday. The Ha has impecable gardens and the pool has great service and plenty of chairs and sun umbrellas. All of the staff seem to genuinly enjoy their jobs and great service is the result. [Details]

The strong points

With unlimited dinners at the al a cart restaurtants you can experience all of the restaurants that the 3 resorts have to offer.

The weak points

The beach has been destroyed by storms and the water continues to be murky.

If you are a pool person this place is for you!!!! Pools are GREAT !!!!! Food is GREAT!!!! Cleanliness is GREAT!!!! Rooms are VERY GOOD and CLEAN !!!!
Service is AMAZING !!!!!! People are FRIENDLY !!!!!
We are beach people... we were so disappointed for the lack of beach but I am sure mother nature had a lot to do with that . Workers were there EVERY DAY trying to clean up the weeds ,the booms and floaters they put in the water to prevent erosion was preventing fresh water from coming in. In turn ,that made dirty smelly brownish yuck water.BUT .... everything else in the resort was top notch !!!! GRACIAS !!! [Details]

Transfer and check in is good.clean room.good pools.food ok.room services are great if you pay tips.

The weak points

Wifi charged by devices,means you have 3 people with 3 phones,you have to pay 120us dollar(after discount)for a week??? Don't think about swim at beach.
