The resort itself was beautiful . The food wasn't very good we did the teppaniaki experience and it tasted like they gave us rotten shrimp. The whole table didn't eat it. The beach was so small and they have barracades that block the seaweed so it stunk bad. So don't go here if you like to spend time on the beach. Easily one of the best resorts we've stayed at in Mexico with unbelievable service, pools, food and activities. The staff really go out of their way to make your stay feel special.

The activities and entertainment team was great. Aranza, Axel, Gonzalez, and Sergio kept us entertained and always checked in to see how we were doing during our stay.

The food and beverage team was always incredible friendly including Alberto and Orlando at Cielo, Michael, Brenda and David at Teadoro, and Saul, Amanda, and Alejandra at SeaSide. The food was always of a high caliber with plenty of options for everyone.

Lastly our butler Rafael was always so attentive, checking in to see how he could make our stay more enjoyable.
