I just wanted to share my thoughts on this magnificent resort and the experience had. First and foremost, I want to thank the 2 ladies at the front desk Jessica and Fanny! These 2 ladies deserve special shout out and credit, I made them jump through many hoops and they served us with a smile and politeness on ever occasion, especially Jessica. Thank you ladies! Second of all, the place is Amazingly clean, food is Fantastic and the Staff in all, are professional and courteous and willing to assist. I'd not hesitate to return to this resort. There are activities for both family and adults at both sections. Noon at the Perla Pool is water cardio fun. I think we also had the 2 best housekeepers. We stayed in room 2297 (on the La Esmeralda side) and it was quiet and close to the family pool. This resort has a good beach (seaweed problem, however the staff are doing a great job to evacuate it) and plenty of amenities!
