Flamingo Vallarta Hotel And Marina

In general it was a good stay for the price, we were there for the high season for Christmas and New Year. Outside pool and surroundings were good but hotel rooms were outdated and too old and dirty. Specifically the floors need to be upgraded and renovated. However hotel and customer service in general was good. We did not eat at the restaurant much because we were not booked with all inclusive and there were plenty of outside food stalls and other restaurants in the area. Higher floors are cleaner than the lower floors. [Details]

It was ok. No refrigerator (wanted 300 pesos a day for one); no coffee maker in the room or lobby. You had to purchase it from the restaurant at 45 pesos per cup. Pool was too warm and too chlorinated. Most of the front desk didn't speak english. Had to wear a bracelet even though we were not doing all inclusive. The gardens were beautiful and well kept. Cleaners for rooms and hotel did a great job. [Details]

The Hotel is run down and the food is terrible, other than that the experience was awesome. But when it came to the actual Hotel it was less than desirable. Location was 3/10, Food at Hotel was 3/10 and the room itself was 3/10. The staff was only good part of the Resort. [Details]

Well it isn't.t the Ritz, but it's not the shitz.
The Beer choice ( for all inclusive)
Was " Crap on Tap"
Most of the food ( not the fresh food)
Seemed like institionalized food.
Fights over the pool loungers and not enough locks for the safes.
Good Location. Friendly staff.
Met so many nice people here.
They hVe a shuttle to the beach twice a day.
Good enough bang for your buck.
We did 10 days at the Hilton and 10 days at the Flamingo. Saved close to a 1000.00. Then if we stayed at the Hilton for 20 days. [Details]

Enjoyed the small size of the resort, in general the staff was very friendly. Some things that could be improved on are:
The servers knowing the English food names, more poolside loungers some clients put towels on them at at 6:00am. Front desk to have a better knowledge of English, a better buffet variety, coffee makers and mini fridge in rooms. [Details]

Loved this hotel as it was a smaller hotel and the staff were all exceptional and you had the opportunity to get to know them. Service was outstanding and they went well above and beyond. Was great as got to meet lots of the other guests and now have some new great friends. [Details]

The hotel is a charming non-partying place to go. Good staff and decent accommodations, close to airport [Details]

This is a smaller very well kept 4 STAR all inclusive property on the marina (not beach front) but literally the best kept secret in PUERTO VALLARTA. Excellent location to get around, fantastic food, good shopping with services, drug store, OXXO ( like a 7 11 store) .Fast and amazing drinks SUPERBLY maintained gardens, SO CLEAN …an awsome NEW YEARS PARTY. Surprise FREE WIFI EVERYWHERE ,THAT WORKS ..GREAT, easy to stay connected to work, FAMILY, WOW I CAN RUN MY BUSINESS FROM THE POOLSIDE.... i will go back again...and again

nice clean rooms, friendly staff, steps away from bars and restaurants, about a 150 meters from main road to catch taxi or bus , lots of security, I've stayed hear before and love it. [Details]
