Grand Fiesta Americana Puerto Vallarta

Our experience at this hotel was excellent
Service was very good staff was very attentive to all our needs . The food was excellent . Our rooms were very nice the view from all rooms is amazing . The only small complaint we had was they only had 3 al a cart reastautants open so the wait to get in at night was quite long but again the food and service was rrally good once inside. [Details]

the music until 1 am with a funky beat was not welcoming, I suggest a softer tone or Mexican music, and stop at midnight.
our air conditioning did not work for a whole night ,it took 2 tries to fix it.
The waiter are friendly but sometimes trying too much or forgetting your order..
The rooms were spacious & clean , loved the showers..
They need to upgrade their entertainments at night & also give us more information about what is happening at the hotel or in town.
We knew they were making repairs on the beach but the small portion that was open was not easily accessible ,too rocky, no sands & sinking footing. [Details]

Our first time to Mexico and it was moi bien (very good)!! The staff at the Grand Fiesta were amazing! Ruben took care of us at the beach, stopping by every 20 minutes or so. We preferred the beach to the pools because less people were on the beach. The water is like a pool but with the benefits of salt water. You can snorkel there but there's not much to see, a few little fish. The room was clean, new and modern. The restaurants at the resort were great! We met the chef (Valdir) of the Italian restaurant and he made us his favorite dish, excellent! The Asian restaurant also had amazing japsnese/Thai food and our waiter (Abel) brought out his favorite dishes as well.. It was too hard to choose so we just asked him to bring us something good, and it was! All in all, we had a great time, the service was excellent, staff are all very friendly and eager to please. The only negative is that there's no kayaks or paddle boards to take out. Most excursions except snorkelling are with tours. [Details]
