Our seven-day all inclusive stay at Villa La Valencia was an absolute delight! The resort's beautiful pools, never overcrowded, allowed us to unwind without the usual morning scramble for poolside seats. And let's talk about that lazy river—it was like floating through a tranquil paradise! The restaurants consistently served up amazing meals (the steakhouse stole our hearts). Fresh tacos at the morning buffet? Yes, please! The friendly staff, always sporting smiles, made us feel right at home by the pools and in the restaurants.
Our ocean-view room was a stunner—brand new and overlooking both the majestic ocean and inviting pools. The resort, just two years old, is impeccably maintained—a testament to their dedication. Now, let's chat about the lobby bar: friendly bartenders and a tempting array of special drinks—our favorite hangout spot!
This quiet, family-friendly haven offered daytime poolside entertainment and soothing live music at La Taberna. By 11 pm, tranquility settled in—a perfect retreat for families and those young at heart. We're already planning our return! The only hiccup? Those clay tiles by the infinity pool—some were a tad uneven. But hey, it's all part of the adventure, especially after a few margaritas! [Details]

The property is very nice. We purchased a "sunset cruise" our first day, not realizing the sunset around 5:30pm and the cruise left the dock at 6:45pm...in the dark. The concierge that sold this to us, definitely did not have our best interest in mind. Anything purchased outside of the "all inclusive" package is an absolute rip off. Bottles of wine priced at $1,000 - $1,500US WTF definitely would not return to this property. Can't swim in the ocean....tide is too strong....black flag always flying, indicating beach is closed.
