Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall

Have been to this Resort six times and never regret it one bit. The only thing I mix were some of old faces. It was nice to see Errol, Rickie and Amoya still around. Dana at the reception desk was very helpful. One thing that I noticed was room readiness needs to be faster. The other thing is they need to remove Brasil from the Restaurant info since its no longer offered. Mary-Kay was helpful with reservation at Diroza. Fusion never disappoint and still stays consistent with great service. The entire staff at the resort are extremely professional. [Details]

This is a very nice hotel but very spread out. We were fortunate that most of the a la carte restaurants were in the same area as our room but it was along way to the front lobby. The grounds were very nice and clean. All the furnishings in side and out were very comfortable [Details]

This resort is amazing from the resort itself, staff, food, entertainment and activities. The resort is clean, the staff is super friendly and helpful, food is absolutely delicious, and fun and interactive activities/entertainment for kids and adults. I will be returning and highly recommend everyone to go here whether your a couple or family, this resort is for everyone. [Details]

I cannot speak for the regular service, so please consider that we stayed in the VIP/Club service end of the Hotel. And that we Tip. The beach is cozy, the Jamaican themed restaurants are top notch.

The Staff is above and beyond amazing. Sonia, Ceilia, Carlene and Craig are great in the club lounge. Miss Laverne is the best turn down service I have ever had. Redella was great as a chamber maid. At Calypzo (restaurant) try to get service from Keino, Dionne, Floyd, and Jereth runs a tight ship and its great.

The outings and excursion desk staff is very good

In the Spa, get Nadia, Natoya, Sonia are super cool, and Tamar is the best hair dresser I have ever had.

If you can sit by the Beach at the Jerk Hut, get Rodney to be your beach sever, and in the Jerk Hut Shayon and Ricardo are terrific at what they do.

Hotel is outdated,specially rooms. Washroom in public places not locked, not maintains well. Food is good, but service is very slow. You can wait for the wine fo 10-15 min, by the time the waiter brining wine you finished your meal.
Horrible shows !!! Bad entertainment at the evening. No enough chairs provided, so people standing close to the stage and who are sitting can not see . Very boring at evening,music stopped at 23:00 . Even at the pool music for very short time.
Beach is very small. Lobby is small and not cozy.

The rooms are spacious, restaurants are varied and very good meals. Pool deck is well appointed with umbrellas for everyone. Varied pool selections ensure you have choices to suit your expectations.

Truly speaking, there are much better beaches in other places around the world. We needed a relaxing vacation under the sun by the beach. Hyatt made it even more speacial and relaxing. The hotel is simply awesome if not there is a better word to express. Everything is so grand about this hotel, from layout to pool to food to staff. If it wasn't Hyatt, our vacation would have been a struggle for food, sleep and space with two kids around. Anyone who can spare an extra 1500 bucks, must go for Hyatt, there ain't a better choice.
