We have been to many all inclusive as and we found this one to be the best overall

The strong points

Always towels available No line at the multiple omelet stations King room with pullout was perfect for our family Teen club was great as most end at 12 yrs Good amount of shaded seating Beach waiter service for all

More Excercise class options (ex no daily aqua fit was surprising) More activities Shows were just ok Beach party was postponed during our week so we never had one Toilet didn't flush well WiFi wasn't great outside of room

We loved this resort. We upgraded to "preferred" status so we had access to a beachside restaurant for breakfast and lunch and a lounge which was a nice addition to the regular amenities. The pools were great, the kids loved the water slides and the beach was nice and calm. Would definitely go back. [Details]

The strong points

Beach was perfect for kids with roped off area and calm waters. The waterslides were also fun and the staff was super friendly.

The weak points

The room we stayed in as good but the shower in the bathroom was a bit dingy -- it had some black spots on the grout. Also they had a really cool looking lounge but it was only for teenagers 13-17 in age.

Our butler frank/francisco has been amazing and has gone above and beyond! He ordered my son amoxycillin went to get it and brought it to our room, he took care of my mom who came in later then us answering any of our questions and even brought a birthday cake to our room for our son!! I just cannot say enough amazing things about frank! We will definitely be returning just based on his service alone!

The weak points

ROOM SERVICE AND MAIDS DIDNT CLEAN MY ROOM ON 2 occasions AND THEN THEY WENT TO refresh my towels at 10 pm when we were all asleep! Room service took 1 1/2 hours to get The buffet wasn't good at all a lot of stale

Service, all staff were great, room was amazing as were the grounds. Great layout, not much walking needed to get around

The weak points

Inconsistent food but more than expected for price of package. I.E,,,,, one beef tenderloin was “keg” worthy, 2nd was average but never expected it at all so no real complaint

Our 2 week stay at the Dreams Flora Resort and Spa in Punta Cana was fantastic! The hotel/resort was impeccable. Luxurious, clean, attention to detail and so accommodating. The food was excellent - the fruit was so fresh and delicious. My husband has some food allergies and the selection was great for him. Loved that we didn't have to reserve a restaurant each night. The restaurant selections were so good! Our favorite, the Seaside Grill, we went to 4 times. The manager there, Roberto, is definitely a star employee at the resort. Also shout out to Marlin, Wanda, Nestor at the pool bar. And to the wonderful entertainment team that made every day fun and festive, our kids still talk about them. The beach set up was great the sand was so beautiful and not burning hot, the water had its moments. Some seaweed on some days which we avoided by going to the clearer part of the water. Unavoidable but we didn't let it deter us from the cool Caribbean sea. Also, the water park was a huge hit with my 10 and 16 year old! What a treat - we ended every day there. [Details]
