Roc Arenas Doradas

This was our first time to cuba. Went with friends who have been coming to this resort for years. We were treated like the repeaters our friends are. But we have joined the club..we will be returning. The staff was incredible..so friendly and welcoming. We got smiles and hugs and holas. From the coffee bar, to the buffet for breakfast, to the pool bar and to dinner, everyone was amazing. My husband and I felt so welcome. Carlos, Lisette, Manuel and Daisi in the pool bar felt like friends by the second day. Youya was so much fun and a great dancer. My husband won a massage in the hot potato contest at the pool and did the shakey shakey. He gave it to our friend and she loved it. Had drinks made with rum and whiskey, cappacino and Spanish coffee, coffee with chocolate liqueur. The chicken was incredible, the fish was so good, omelets were yummy and the bread and the pineapple yummyumm can't say enough. And the cheese..... It was the best time ever. I wish I could remember everyone's name, but a big shout out to the staff you are great!! I would recommend Roc Arenas Doradas to anyone. [Details]

The best part was my room it was always kept clean and was stocked with water
The maid even brought me coffee.
Entertainment was good all the staff were friendly.
The beach was beautiful.
The pool was clean and the drinks were fantastic.

It was a vacation with good experience, the kindness with which they work and the service are very nice, there is good cleanliness and a delicious food that is always available, I loved the beach party and the Cuban day, they are one of the best things I have enjoyed, I was in room 725 and I thought it was very good above all the work of the maid. The hotel appears very nice and with the best views one could wish for, I have spent some very nice and pleasant days attended by an efficient staff with a lot of training in the areas of service and cleaning, there they have well defined fun and it doesn't matter where there is always a small group with which to dance and enjoy the Caribbean, the rooms provide the comfort and security with which they are sold on the websites, do not go hungry at all because enjoy the most delicious and authentic pizzas Cuban food, the bars have good options and despite the cuts, with what they have they make some very delicious drinks, and although I heard some complain about the lacks, it didn't seem that way to me because with what they have, it's a blast. Spectacular facility with the best service, the maids are unique and very clean. I have been in room 911 and I can really tell you that Yaumara has been very professional, always waiting for our needs, the service has been the best in a long time. I haven't felt like this in a hotel for a long time. The entertainment is always perfect with a lot of variety in music, excellent recreational activities and spectacular shows. The attention at the reception has been very good. The girls are always very friendly and explain all the services with a smile. of the hotel and they leave you without a doubt, the same thing happens with customer service who are always attentive to every step of each client, always asking their needs and how they can help them. The most important thing about the entire hotel has been that the rooms, despite not being new, have very good comfort. we will return next year [Details]

Excellent customer service. Entertainment every evening was very good . Our room maid Yoslaidis gave up top notch service. We plan to return with family next year. We have enjoyed our stay, our room is close to the ocean, room is kept clean by yoslaidis, fresh towels every day, bottled water as much as we need. The food gets better every day and we have enjoyed the entertainment. The service staff has been very attentive, gotten to know us and brings us what we want before we ask. A positive option for all of us who have come, the place is magnificent and the workers who truly do their best to provide the best service, I have been delighted with the cleanliness of the rooms especially in room 730, the beach is the better and the Cuban party with its conga, stilts and the delicious food that so many of us like. A wonderful view from my window every morning they have made me fall in love with this place to which I have been coming more than 14 times, I never ceases to be amazed by Daniel's dexterity with his unique charisma and his new bar is the best, the entertainment during the nights is much better than the day, you always have to do or see wherever it is, the cleaning of the areas and rooms are very rigorous and you can see the demand especially to Titi, whom I congratulate for such a good work and how not to stop mentioning our Yas who makes the impossible possible. The hotel is very nice, the vast majority of the places have been renovated, the workers are the best, always pleasant and attentive in their service, the boulevard is wonderful with all the services it offers, the entertainment shows are excellent and the receptionists are better at their job, please let know to the girl who cleans down at the building 7 that she is the best and I feel very grateful about her job. Or second time here was even better than the first, we could enjoy better the beach and the nice spots there, the people is so nice like always they even remembered me when i arrive, the give a nice bottle on my room because I'm a returning guest, the shows on night was perfect t and last night was the beach party, very nice, special thanks to yosladmidis my chamber maid she is a sweetheart. Always I dream with my family to come to Cuba, that beach is unique in the world, the service is great and the food so good. I absolutely love coming to Roc Arenas Doradas. The staff are all so welcoming and happy to have you. We stayed in the 500 block. Our room was clean, bright, the beds are very comfortable. Our chamber maid Zuyin was so sweet and kept us always stocked up on the daily.

The beaches are beautiful. The water was so blue and the beach was always clean. We were in the Roc Plus group. Definitely worth the perks. Sun beds, comfy lounge chairs, late check out and gift in room. One of the pluses I thought to was the beautiful promenade out to the beach for people that have any issues getting around.

Now specific staff, Yuya from entertainment. Such a wonderful person who made our day every time we seen her. Edgar the DJ, great job with the music choices and finding something for everyone, Daisy at the pool bar, hit the drink of the day on point every time. The dancers all are amazing. And special thanks to Yas in customer service, he is one of the biggest reasons I keep coming back. His smiling face, and the care he puts into making your stay a memorable one makes me eager to come back to this big family atmosphere. [Details]

I have regularly go to Varadero, especially to Roc Arenas Doradas, the place always makes us feel like we are at home providing a luxury service, on this occasion we enjoyed the Roc Plus services to the fullest and with the highest quality, cleanliness as always is One point in favor is there is no place where it is not appreciated especially in the rooms, yesterday was the Cuban day and we had fun like never before under the animation of Yuya who without a doubt makes the party the best of your stay, the shows could be better Although we did enjoy them and all the various activities that occur at night, thank you so much for your kindness and good attention. I'm a repeat guest, me and my husband had an amazing time sharing with the nice people that we know and we consider our family, the service was amazing, the resort and room 324 was very clean, the beach was clean and beautiful. The shows were fantastic especially the Latin one. The Roc plus dinner around the pool with the aquatic ballet was phenomenal.
Yas and Zoya went out of their way to make sure our stay was everything we wanted.

Is all the time a great time to been back to my favourite place, their make the best of your days and also do a great service, my wife was so impressed with the new room we got that has a long balcony, it was so clean that you can breathe it, entertainment is the best always keeping you up and making funny games. I was there for second time. When I bought the package I didn't get my hopes up because I know the current situation on the island but I must admit that I was wrong. The service at the place deserves endless applause for such good treatment and kindness that the staff gives, we bought the Roc Plus bracelet for the extra services and we really had a great time, we are very grateful for every action to achieve our satisfaction from the cleaning to the dinners which was generally magnificent.
