This hotel is very beautiful but unfortunately not taken care of. We understood the food would be fair at best and were prepared for that. It was not great. The bar would run out of Volka/Tequila and sparkling wine by noon most days. Rum was always available. We booked the upgrade Hamony and none of the bars were open for upgraded anything. It is a very long walk to the beach as we were prepared but the beach was not cleaned. 3/4 of the buildings were not being used and so the lighting at night to walk home was minimal. Public washrooms were in repair for the entire week. overflow on floor by pool. Toilet seats with mold. It is really too bad as it has a lot of potential and the staff were absolutely great. I would never travel there again. [Details]
