Amazing stay!

The hotel is well renovated. The loby is incredible and the staff is amazing! For the first time of my life, we only had 4 days of sun. The animation and the staff made up for the cloudy and windy days. The food was surprisingly delicious. Everything was well cooked. Best beach ever!!!! Raoniel from the catamaran gave us rides. He is so entertaining and well trained! We really had a blast. Hopefully, the (resonance blue) will allow us to bring our kids on that side of the resort in march. The wifi was good for Cuba, even in the rooms. We will be coming annually to resonance music. I highly recommand this resort for the price. AMAZING TIME!!! [Details]

The grill was delicious. Entertainment staff super friendly. Pool and beach are amazing Drinks are wonderful The omelette station is amazing

The weak points

Buffet is gross and almost same everyday Some staff really don't care that u have paid extra for things that u don't receive at all Rooms are in bad shape

I just returned from a 7 day vacation, Jan 26 - Feb 2, and had a blast. The resort did not have many guests but the staff really made sure that those that were staying, had the best time possible. My Chambermaid Dayli was amazing....she went the extra mile with a fun surprise in my room!

The night life is the best of any resort around, with the dj on till the wee hours of the morning. The resort does not offer the traditional shows, but I much preferred the DJ nights and beach parties.

I will for sure return to the resort next year, and hopefully there will be more people. [Details]
