Aruba

We have now been twice and are heading back in November. Checking in: Is always fast and courteous thanks to their wonderful staff. You are given each a water bottle to fill at the many water stations and a bag for the beach. Rooms: We had a Premium Double. Which in essence is one of the newly renovated rooms. The beauty of this resort is all rooms are ocean view Restaurants: We enjoyed all restaurants. We always felt the service was good . When they were busy you wait no different then restaurants here in Canada. Bars : Bartenders always smiling and ready to make you a great drink. Since Crown Royale is a scarcity recently in Aruba we bought a bottle at the duty free before flying in. Pool: Yes there is only one but it is a good size and the entertainment crew makes it fun Beach: Bring water shoes as there are rocky areas. We did notice that the beach had eroded in some areas. Entertainment: Always great fun during the day or evening.

We had a wonderful time at the RIU Antillas and enjoyed the sea, sun and sand. It was an amazing trip for 7 days. The hotel is clean and the staff was professional, friendly and always ready for any question or help 24/7. The food was amazing. We went to the nearest street full of shopping area and the people if Aruba is nice and friendly and there is a lot of good stuff to purchase and bargain. Thank you RIU and looking forward for another vacation.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here..for Adults only too..well located, close to everything, restos, shopping, clubs, casinos, etc...short walk or golf cart ride to to the beach, there's always lounger/shade/palapa @ the hotel area..beautiful, pure sandy beach, lots of everything, fyi..there's free shower for rinsing sands off; 3 places, lots of restos, happy hour, all activities etc..the rooms, nice clean, we'll supplied amenities rooms; comfortable bed/pillows, tv, fridge, coffee machines, hangers, drawers, free safety deposit box..the hotel is very clean everywhere..the pool clean, nice, fun, happy hour 5-6p, nice drinks, good snacks, best fries! Cheap too! All staff so nice, helpful! Front desk so attentive, includes breakfast just next door, Salt n Pepper, nice,friendly staff, 6 selection to choose, all so good! big portion too! We enjoyed it a lot, tried it all..Book your activities @front desk, all less better prices too, Day trip bus includes lunch, good price too! We'll go back to Aruba,❤️ for sure we'll stay here again!

The hotel was pleasant. Not special. Staff are reasonably helpful, but didn't any to deal with issues rather hoping they would go away.

Enjoyed our week at the Hilton as we typically do. Staff (subject to one exception) are friendly and helpful.

Without a doubt, we would return to Bucuti and Tara. This resort is clean, the beach is magnificent with lots of space between Palapas. The people ie: Frank (front reception) and the girls at the front desk made our arrival so easy and welcoming. Cold cloths and champagne at greeting. Took us right away to our room with at least an hour of explaining everything. While lying on the beach everyday, someone brought around cold cloths and a bit of fresh fruit while you are just relaxing at the beach, what a treat. We felt relaxed which is all you have at the Bucuti, no loud music, no children, people were not in your face but there, when you needed ANYTHING. I can't say enough about how pleasant our time was for two weeks. Keep up the amazing job that you do.
