The strong points
At the Laguna restaurant, when I asked for GF bread and they did not have any, came back with a suggestion of GF pancakes and ensured that I got them.
The weak points
Cleaning of rooms- during the week there were days when the room was cleaned properly and we got fresh towels. There were days when it was not cleaned and our towels were not even replaced. Had to bring up more than once.
Sanitary measures

Also did not see staff requesting guests wear masks in designated areas when they were not.
