Unico 20 87 Hotel Riviera Maya

We loved our stay at Unico! The grounds, pools, food and rooms were exceptional.
All the staff were excellent.
We truly did not have one complaint. One of best holidays we have ever had.
I really enjoyed the birthday celebration and the vendors that set up. I would love that to be a regular occasion there
It would have been nice to be able to walk out of bay but nothing the hotel could do about that. They do a great job of cleaning the seaweed but we were unable to swim many days due to the mass amount of seaweed rolling in. [Details]

This resort is by far one of the best that we have been to. The grounds and the room was exceptionally clean. We found the beach to be a bit of a disappointment. Lots of seaweed and smelly. The service is top notch and the food was excellent. We will be returning. [Details]

Superbe hotel de 448 chambres, il se distingue pour la qualité de ses chambres qui ont presque toutes vue sur la mer, des installations en générale qui sont récentes et très propre, de même que la nourriture dans les restaurants de qualité.

Notre plus grande déception est la plage dont nous n'avons pu profiter en raison des vagues (vents) et des algues. Heureusement, pour un peu de calme nous avons utilisé la petite piscine "la acondida".

La nourriture est très bonne, en particulier le restaurant asiatique "Mura House" que nous avons visité à trois reprises.

Le service se voulait très attentionné, un peu trop insistant à mon goût.

Un hotel relativement tranquille qui plairas à ceux qui aimes la piscine et la musique tout au long de la journée. [Details]

This resort is beautiful with great pools and a very nice beach. The rooms are a little on the small side but very new and super clean. The grounds are beautiful and are taken care of very well. The restaurants were good, the Mexican was my favourite, the Italian was good too but could use improvement and the Japanese restaurant and steak house weren't great. The snacks available at poolside were very good and good variety. There is a buffet available only for breakfast and lunch and it would be nice to have a buffet for dinner as well. Unfortunately, I thought there was a lack of entertainment at this resort, good if you're there to relax and don't want to do anything in the evening. There was a lounge that had some entertainment on some of the evenings but nothing like I've seen at other resorts. All in all, it was a very nice resort. [Details]
