Our stay in the Tower suite was incredible.. Great staff! No hidden fees other than wi-fi & indoor parking which was not optional however, still worth the $1,750.00 pesos = $20.00 CAN/Day more or less. Awesome views and extremely accommodating. Loved every moment of our stay!

It was a great place to stay considering the construction going on . The restrents were good but there was no entertainment. Overall it was ok.

Hola, my daughter and I stayed at the El Cid Granada over Christmas. The Granada was definitely the better choice for us as the El Cid Castilla and the Moro were waaaay busier. Plus we were able to use the other resorts facilities as well. Food was great, service was great. Loved our stay!

We stayed for my birthday weekend had a fantastic time. The staff were all great, especially the entertainment team! Entertainment team members, Tury & Luis were absolutely phenomenal with our son along with the rest of the team as well. Our waiter Josue took such good care of us (and others as we made friends around the pool) he hardly had to be asked when we needed a new drink and he always had something for us to try if it was taking time for what we ordered. It seemed the pool bar had a hard time getting cranberry juice and mint for one of the days we were there even though they had it up at other bars. Josue would always ensure our drinks were on the way even if he had to go get it from a further bar. The team at barefoot grill always great you with a smile and fast service. The team at Portifino were so great catering to our picky eater son and making him what he requested even if it wasn't on the menu. All the other staff (bell men, front desk, housekeeping, room service) were all so friendly. A wonderful week spent at Dreams.

Upon arrival it was apparent that the buildings were outdated. There was bar music that was so loud it vibrated the room door which was not sealed and you could see the clear space around it. Upon entering the room the bathroom was extremely small. Barely able to accommodate one person. Closet unfinished and was just a clothing bar and 3 drawers wide open to the entrance. 2 double beds that are attached to the floor and a door to the patio. I decided to spend a couple extra $ on the vacation for the ocean view which did not disappoint. Don't come here if you wish to relax! Constant extremely loud music which I would call noise (ompa bands on beach with amplifiers). When an actual mariachi band showed up you couldn't hear them.

We loved the location as we are walkers and the malecon and the beach were both fantastic for walking. The hotel is nice and clean . Staff was very helpful especially Jonathon. The ocean view rooms are a great plus however not great for sleeping . The street noise was very loud every nite. Although we loved the view we would ask for a lagoon side room next time even though they don't have balconies

While this hotel was very clean and spacious in the rooms, barely anyone spoke English so it was hard to figure out what was included in your all inclusive and because of the language barrier often things did not get done. One thing that was very irritating was the fact that they did not fill up our fridge with pops and water or if they did it was barely anything. We were not allowed to order drinks and take them back to our room because that was not part of our all inclusive. So if we wanted water we had to order it at the pool and then hide it in our bag which was ridiculous! The food was really good but the service was slow and you had to order everything so you had to wait all the time. Which once you knew it took about an hour to get your food you just made sure to order well in advance of being hungry. With the exception of two people the staff was very friendly. But this is definately not a 4 star resort and the term all inclusive is a bit misleading. While everything is free you have to order everything and sign for your food. This would have been helpful information to know before you got there so you weren't wondering where you get your food.

We booked this trip to celebrate my 40th birthday. We've been to Mazatlan previously. The hotel itself is very nice- new construction, modern. However, they classify themselves as a resort but this is truly just a hotel. Great for a day or two stay but that'd be about it. The description noted a speciality restaurant along with the buffet and snack bar however the buffet was only available while we we there and the selection was extremely minimal. The service poolside was non existent. We booked for an all inclusive and had requested not once but twice to move resorts. Finally our request was fulfilled and we were able to enjoy our vacation. I would not classify this as a resort,
