Disappointed
First and foremost, I commend ALL staff for their courteous, welcoming and helpful attitude towards guests. At all times, I felt valued, and appreciated, and always serviced promptly and with a smile!
The hotel was beyond humid: just sitting on the bed I felt like had sat in a puddle. The air conditioner couldn't supply the need to keep the room dry. My book warped! Needless to say, I did not get restful sleep in the high humidity.
I suggest the hotel work on their entertainment. I was very disappointed in the variety (none) and quality of evening shows. I do commend though the karaoke singer in one of the bars, and also the piano/vocal duo performing in the lower level lobby.
I was also disappointed in the variety of restaurants, being only 3: Asian, Italian and Mexican. The procedure to book at these restaurants is horrible: waiting in line at 6:30-7am, to end up some days not even being able to get a table. This is a huge hotel, and I find it cannot properly serve the amount of guests efficiently.
Please make sure you have pool towels available for the number of guests in the hotel. I did not appreciate arriving at the pool at 1pm and not being able to get a towel. This service needs to be improved.
