We stayed for my birthday weekend had a fantastic time. The staff were all great, especially the entertainment team! Entertainment team members, Tury & Luis were absolutely phenomenal with our son along with the rest of the team as well. Our waiter Josue took such good care of us (and others as we made friends around the pool) he hardly had to be asked when we needed a new drink and he always had something for us to try if it was taking time for what we ordered. It seemed the pool bar had a hard time getting cranberry juice and mint for one of the days we were there even though they had it up at other bars. Josue would always ensure our drinks were on the way even if he had to go get it from a further bar. The team at barefoot grill always great you with a smile and fast service. The team at Portifino were so great catering to our picky eater son and making him what he requested even if it wasn't on the menu. Dreams Estrella Del Mar is beautiful, the staff is great and the food is very good with good variety and a la cart restaurants, service was excellent. We were well looked after and had a great week. Gated community with security. The bellboys were very helpful, the check-in was seamless. [Details]
