We very much enjoyed our 1 week stay at this resort. The rooms were nice and clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable. The mini fridge was well stocked and the liquor was well stocked . The food at the buffets and a la Carts was very good. The service and staff were very good! Our only complaint was the cool temperature of the larger pools.

I wonder if TTR is under new management? Cause the resort and the up charges are getting out of control! $50usd for a facecloth that was used to clean up spilled red wine off the room floor. $160usd for bedsheets that someone had a food poisoning accident in. $1400usd for a broken tv(that the person in room didn't even touch) These are a few things my friend's experienced this trip. Honestly this resort looses its appeal every time I go. I'm scheduled to go back in April 2023, it'll be interesting to see what it's like with Mexicos no smoking mandate. Back to November 2022 The playmakers barely engaged us! Even ones that we met previously. Food by the pool was much better this trips! Not just burgers! There was variety. Luis, Juan and Gihandi are great pool side waiters. The younger Isreal from the buffet always remembers my drink of choice. Paul the maid is thorough. Alejandro from Romanza is always so nice! Zahira from Temptation Cruises was always lovely.

Overall great little spot. Food was awesome and plentiful. Beach was clean and well maintained.

Our family (6yo, 4yo, 2 parents) loved this resort. The beach was beautiful! The kid pirate ship and pool area were a huge hit! Warm pool FTW! The kids were not bored here and loved a daily stop at the candy shop! The Cafe was also a great thing to have. Great coffee and snacks. The restaurants and buffets were great - something for everyone for sure. Our picky kids even tried a bunch of new food they now love

This hotel is advertised as a fun, party resort but it is FAR from it. Upon arrival we were told that we needed to pay a $40CAD tax on our connecting rooms (which we were not informed of prior) and then were told that there was no more availability for the rooms we had booked which were two double beds per room. That was the first. Secondly the security found any and every way to kick us out of the pools, lobby bars and sports bars for “being too drunk” or not dressing “appropriately” even if we were wearing shorts and a crop tank or cover ups. In 30° weather you would think that you didn't need to be covered head to toe to get a drink…. Other members we met on our trip complained of the same things, with staff saying they were too intoxicated to be in certain places when they were clearly coherent. Not sure why you put free mini bars in peoples rooms and unlimited shots but don't want them to be drunk at the same time. Anywsys aside from that the food was DISGUSTING AND UNDERCOOKED SOMETIMES EVEN RAW (videos and pictures of my raw burger and other food) and we were subjected to the bathroom during all hours of the night during our 7 day stay. Food has no flavour and is nowhere near a representation of Mexico and their delicious meals. Resort seems to cater to more of their European clients, avoiding any and all spice and seasoning. The pools close at like 7pm so we just continued our nightly festivities at the beach most times even though sometimes security tried to tell us to leave there too, but our Spanish speaking friends we made spoke to them for us. A la carte restaurants are underwhelming, only the steakhouse was decent. Also the 24/7 sports bar only serves disgusting hotdogs, hamburgers and sandwiches in the fridge that u need to microwave alongside stale chips and cheese sauce that is also cold. We had a great experience at Seadust. We found it great value for money. Nice for families with kids up to 10 years of age. Loved having a room with bunk beds. Lots of activities ongoing. Fresh food was always readily available. Overall a really positive experience.

We stayed at the Coral level. The hotel is lovely. Spaces are clean and fresh and always kept looking beautiful. There are fresh cuttings in vases that are often replaced, bathrooms were always immaculate. Staff were very friendly and outgoing. The food at Coral buffet was exceptional. Always something, unique, fresh, hot/cold as required. Rooms were clean with turn down service nightly. Always a chair available at the beach or pool. We were only able to have dinner in an a la carte once because we went early around 5-5:30pm. If you aren't there by 6:00ish you won't be getting in. We went at 6:45 and all the restaurants were booked for the evening. That was frustrating. All guests should be able to dine at a restaurant more than once during their visit. Our buffet was good though, thankfully.

We loved it here so much we didn't want to go home.... our Travel Agent recommended this resort. Entertainment, beaches, service, adults only & good food are important to us. This vacation clicked all these boxes. The entertainment was great as well and we were able to enjoy it at both resorts. We arranged a dinner on the beach and WOW.... The room ws just OK, but the view and the rest made up for it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Krystal Grand Cancun. The beach is the best that we've ever been at in almost 20 years of traveling. The location is perfect the staff were very friendly.
