Foodies should be very happy with this choice. The staff everywhere were polite, respectful and excellent in the performance of their jobs. Standard house wines acceptable but, while 'premium' alcohol was advertised as included, it was 'extra' and so not really all-inclusive for quality wine and craft beer drinkers. There is an oceanview from every balcony, but it is by craning your neck.

Best hotel ever. Excellent staff, excellent food. Clean rooms they could not do anything wrong. 4 times at this hotel. They did not disappoint.

The Royalton chic was beautiful, right near the beach , the food was awesome, the service was outstanding. Such awesome staff .

Overall great little spot. Food was awesome and plentiful. Beach was clean and well maintained.

This was my first family-friendly all-inclusive as an adult. I travelled with my husband's parents, and sister-in-law with her husband and infant. At the resort, everyone was friendly and respectful, and our family was very comfortable, especially since travelling with our own infant. I think it helped that the resort wasn't at full capacity. The location was perfect, only 30 minutes from CUN airport. The view was impeccable, rooms were spacious, food was diverse, restaurants were delicious, and the staff were very friendly. The Bluewater rooftop restaurant was particularly good. Downsides: The beach was quite small and the amenities left something to be desired. There was only one pickleball court and pool table each. The pickleball court was nearly impossible to play on because the ball doesn't bounce on the material. The pool table was also old and wobbled. Without active children, it felt like there was little to do around the resort for the other adults. A hotter jacuzzi would be an excellent addition. Another interesting experience was someone from "VIP Services" really wanted my husband and myself to attend Hyatt's membership sales presentation. It was interesting to consider but there was immense pressure to sign up immediately and irrevocably without providing much documentation or paperwork. The entire presentation was 2.5 hours, but we were able to negotiate (beforehand) to try their paid experience "The Chef's Table" dinner for our 7-person family, which everyone really enjoyed. I think it was a good trade and was glad that we could negotiate a deal.

It was a truly great and relaxing all-inclusive experience. Everyone was so welcoming — from the front desk, pool bar team, restaurant staff, fitness instructors, to the night show performers. Their energy and hospitality made every day feel special. A special shoutout to the pool fitness instructors, Jozue and Laura — your classes were engaging, fun, and full of positive energy. Thank you for keeping us moving, smiling, and coming back for more! Grateful for everyone who helped turn our vacation into an unforgettable experience. We'll be back!

The only single good thing was the staff. The place is falling apart. Elevator broke down for 3 days. I felt bad for the staff not to mention older vacationers. We arrived late and had to pay a late check out fee although we paid for the day we missed entirely.

Biggest points scored by the hotel: a slice of cake and a small bottle of champagne delivered to my room on my birthday. Due to this surprised consideration, I hesitate to complain about the tattered towels and tablecloths being used daily. The buffet dining was low quality. Cleanliness was slipping also in many areas: room, shower, plates, utensils, tables, chairs, etc. I know which Hotels these aren't and I also know that cutting corners does not promote returning patrons.

We stayed at the Coral level. The hotel is lovely. Spaces are clean and fresh and always kept looking beautiful. There are fresh cuttings in vases that are often replaced, bathrooms were always immaculate. Staff were very friendly and outgoing. The food at Coral buffet was exceptional. Always something, unique, fresh, hot/cold as required. Rooms were clean with turn down service nightly. Always a chair available at the beach or pool. We were only able to have dinner in an a la carte once because we went early around 5-5:30pm. If you aren't there by 6:00ish you won't be getting in. We went at 6:45 and all the restaurants were booked for the evening. That was frustrating. All guests should be able to dine at a restaurant more than once during their visit. Our buffet was good though, thankfully.

We loved it here so much we didn't want to go home.... our Travel Agent recommended this resort. Entertainment, beaches, service, adults only & good food are important to us. This vacation clicked all these boxes. The entertainment was great as well and we were able to enjoy it at both resorts. We arranged a dinner on the beach and WOW.... The room ws just OK, but the view and the rest made up for it.
