Negril

I just love this resort so much, I could go back again tomorrow! I've stayed at many places before but this one is just my vibe. Food amazing, room amazing, and people amazing! I'm 364 days until my next visit and already cannot wait!

We walked into this beautifully maintained smaller resort, and were welcomed as if we were coming home. The kindness of the staff was unmatched, their thoughtfulness & genuine personalities went above and beyond. The food was spectacular, the pool clean & warm, & the drinks were delicious. The entertainment was wonderful as well, definitely a more low-key resort- it felt more like a getaway or rejuvenating retreat than some of the party resorts. Highly recommend!

LOVED IT ALL! NEXT TIME WALKY TALKIES WOULD BE A GREAT IDEA TO BRING. ALL THE STAFF WERE FABULOUS!

This is NOT in fact adults only. All the entertainment and restaurants are on the family side, so you are constantly surrounded by kids. Even the excursions have parents and their children. The hot tub was not hot and the jets were not working and was also located on the very opposite side of the resort, on the FAMILY side. Staff seemed miserable and took their time doing every thing. Our butlers in diamond club were the only exception to that. Food was not great, I do not eat sea food and there were not a lot of options for me. The pool was FREEZING and the resort is very very windy, every day!! The beaches were little patches of beach, the big beach with entertainment, again all on the family side. The soaker tub in our room took over an hour to fill up with hot water.

A small Hotel, very clean, friendly staff, right on the beach. It was our second time at this hotel and we have enjoyed our time there both times. The continental breakfast was good. There lunch menus was great, food was really good and affordable. Wish they were open for Dinner though.

Hotel is certainly not worth the money for what we paid comparing to other all inclusive. Sandals should be a 5 star resort & our opinion would not give the Hotel this rating. The resort seems old & stale. This is our second time in Jamaica & probably will be our last. We don't seem to get the warm feeling from staff & some service was very unpleasant. Ground staff were very happy & pleasant & nice to talk to. Management or higher ups seem to have a attitude. We heard a lot of good reviews how great the beaches are in Negril. At this resort you were restricted to certain flagged areas entering the water of the beach. Water bottom at the beach was very mucky. We have been to a lot of beaches & wouldn't give this beach nearly a high rating what others have. Beach has constant solicitors. We were disappointed with Sandals. We had a great experience from another Sandals at different Caribbean island and wanted to experience it again in Jamaica. Unfortunately it didn't meet to our expectations. This hotel is very comparable to a 3 star but for a 5 star price. Food was Ok but not exceptional. Restaurants failed to offer buffet dinners at night. Jerk chicken was the best I ever tasted at this resort. We talked to another guest the same time during our stay at this resort who experienced same feelings They told us Sandals is not like it use to be.

This resort is certainly outdated. While the beach is beautiful, it is not a gated resort and the hustlers were very annoying. Standing on the corner of the resort for hours at a time just staring into the resort. The food was ok but not a large variety. No entertainment except for one night. There was no fridge, coffee maker, hair dryer in the room. We were across the road from the main part of the resort. There is I'm assuming some sort of garbage pick up close because the smell as you entered the gate to the building was awful.
