I was at iberostar coral level and we loved the place the very good paella from the hands of Vilkin Neck, a vacation without waste, the only thing that unfortunately we were in time of covid19 and some things we had restricted in the place like the disco but really very good hotel [Details]

It was my first time in the Caribbean when we arrived at the hotel we were afraid due to the condition that is experienced by the pandemic but we really want to emphasize that we were wrong because in reality we received a wonderful treatment from all the hotel staff we liked the restaurant food faro we had the opportunity to visit the always excellent restaurant the really formidable waiters who want to return we keep in touch with some good friends such as Domingo, Mario and Orlando see you soon [Details]

Beautiful resort ,bad communication. Upon check in we received absolutely no information. Nothing. And we are not the only ones. I had 3 other guests stop and ask me ( seeing we had the same colour band) what the band allowed. Lobby staff with the exception of Elisabeth not helpful at all. The simply could not be bothered. I applaud Iberostar for the effort trying to improve the health of this planet. The glass versus single use plastic bottles are a great idea, but expecting guest to refill them not so much. In our 9 nights we had them replenished 3 times and only when my husband went to the ( not so helpful) lobby to ask for it. That being said they had upgraded us to a room (3931) at the infinity pool and that made up for everything. Rooms are fine, housekeeping by Evelin good and always on time. I liked the nicer glassware ( reusable plastic) for around the pool. So worth the extra money? not sure, not all the things that went not right can be attributed to the newness of the Coral Level.
