Great Resort but…..

Hotel and stay was great!! Love how quiet it is but it's a little to quiet in the evenings. Entertainment after the shows was very boring and way to quiet. Service was amazing except for the hostess at the beach. She tried to con people out of money for renting the day beds on the beach. Said it was 100 dollars but if you pay cash she would do it for 50. When we told her no we will pay the 100 because we knew she wanted to money for herself she would say there were none available only if we paid 50 cash. The hotel really needs to address this as it looks bad on the hotel. She was a nasty woman very rude not only to guests but also to the nice servers that were working their butts off. We stopped going down there because of her. She was a real nasty woman and in my opinion should be fired. Because of her and only her I wouldn't return to this resort. [Details]

The strong points

Food was very good, hotel staff very helpful. Rooms were very nice and clean. Overall a fantastic resort.

The weak points

Pref. club hostess at the beach is a con artist. Always looking for way to get money out of the guests. Rent beds but only for cash. Refused to let you charge it to the room or pay by credit card so she could keep the money. Always wanted cash for her.
