Stayed at Royalton. Harassment from Travel Smart to join. If you didn't join, you were treated poorly.
Wanted a high floor. Front desk told us there were no elevators so we had to be on ground floor because we were OLD.
Food was ok, nothing great. Drinks were watered down.
Beach beautiful.
Casino closed for renovations.
Medical staff unprofessional and miserable.
Never return to any Royalton property. [Details]
