The Reserve At Paradisus Punta Cana

There are not enough words to describe or praise this resort from it's staff to the resort. We are a family of 5,grandparents parents and a 11 year old. Unfortunately we arrived 2 hours late but or concierge Jordan was wonderful he made reservations at the restaurant Vento that night and since it was the 11 year old birthday Jordan Rosario was amazing he filled the room with Baloons hanging from the ceiling with streamers and a birthday cake, a birthday certificate we became emotional to see this. Jordan also made reservations for us every night at a different restaurant, reserved for us a cabana at the beach and one at the resort pool. The restaurants were all great service and food, not one disappointed us. The lobster at Naos was so gooooood and our server Amauris Rincon wonderful one night we didn't have reservations and he made sure we would have a table. The Gabi buffet was also amazing the food variety was enormous and all goood!and again the staff wonderful. The manager should be very grateful to have such caring, wonderful staff who made our stay memorable. Also our kids celebrate their 15th wedding anniversary and again Jordan gave them a huge surprise with champagne wine chocolate covered fruit and the jacuzzi was filled with bubbles and flower pedals around the bath and on the bed.We liked this resort because it is a smaller part of the Paradisus and go cart ride from the beach or a 15 minute walk through beautiful gardens.We had booked 2 adjoining rooms and to our surprise were given a room adjoined to a suite that was large with everything you could imagine slippers robes the fridge packed with treats and drinks the cleaning staff would clean our room during the day and would turn down our beds at night and leave chocolates all the little details made us feel so special. At the beach Luis Santana our server was also one of our favorites among a list of many!!!!! I found all the staff to be happy, caring and considerate to met ALL our needs and more. Beautiful pool area with plenty of comfortable loungers and bali beds. They played nice spa like music around the pool. Very restful and much appreciated by those of us that needed a quiet vacation. Livlier spots can be found elsewhere on the resort and the beach area. The suites were very nice. Restaurants offered good food although the Gabi buffet in the Reserve was our favourite. The quality and selection couldn't be beat and the service and ambiance was better than many of the other restaurants, even the new Gabi Beach. Go a bit later in the evening if you are there as a couple, to avoid the families with small children, to have a romantic dinner. Be sure to go to guest services to get your coupons for spa, match play and wine upgrades. Good value. Beds were too hard, they need to upgrade to pillowtop, otherwise the week was perfect. [Details]
