Sunset Royal Beach Resort

The hotel was terrible, sure its clean, all inclusive. The food is terrible, front desk refused to move me to a quiet room when the loud band in the restaurant where my room was ended up being too loud. Found them to be liars as when I took it to the hotel manager they apparently did have another room, what a big shock. Oh and what they dont they tell is that they wont give you your room key till you agree to a meeting with a time share sales rep to waste a day of your vacation. Getting things fixed like a broken fridge, except 3 attempts cause they will bring a another broken one to replace the one that's already broke. avoid this hotel its over priced for what they are offering and not providing. asked for queen beds or king as in on line booking got a double instead asked for four days for hairdryer as was said in online booking were told ok everyday never ever got one tired of asking after four days floors were never washed in room or swept feet were black ten minutes after shower [Détails]
