Sofa bed used for third person. Needs to be updated as definitely well used before so not very comfortable. Otherwise all good.

This was a condo rental. The location was excellent couldn't ask for better. Condo was reasonably outfitted for cooking meals!

Thank you so much for the lovely accommodation with Ocean view. I liked the fact that it has ceramic tiles in all rooms. Made it very easy to clean. Thanks for the supplies that were in the picnic box, i.e the snorkeling gear. The equipped kitchen was great. Towels were enough for our family. We just felt like being home. I would recommend anyone to use this facility which is close to most of the activities in the ocean or driving into the country. The gardens were very well maintained. I will definitely come back again. I encourage people that will visit to ensure that the picnic box is well arranged before leaving so that the next family will enjoy using the items as well.

Clean, good service. Beautiful grounds and pool. Convenient location for those who drive. Close to high end shopping and restaurants. If you take a taxi to the high end hotels like the Fairmont to eat, the Fairmont will give you complimentary car service to return to the Palms. I believe there is also a shuttle service In the Wailea area, but I didn't use it. The major hotels in the area have free parking/valet if you eat there. The hotel was not within walking distance to any restaurants or groceries so you must drive. Hotel does not have overnight front desk service so late flights may miss check in time. We almost missed this because we had difficulty finding the hotel.

The Maui Coast Hotel was a great place to stay. It was in a very good location, had a great pool and gym, and was very clean. I would stay there again and will recommend it to my friends and family. The fire alarm did go off once at 1am but we got back to sleep so it was ok. The AT&T wireless was not the best. I couldn't get to it on my phone and it was very slow using our laptop. This was a bit annoying as we had work that we needed to do on our holiday.

This is great resort to relax in for sure. They advertise themselves as the 'most Hawaiian of hotels' and they truly are. Sure it is not brand new but I would take it over the concrete cookie cutter hotels of the big chains any day. Most people we spoke had returned to this hotel many times. All the shops and restaurants are very close- even to walk to for shopping or restaurants. The rooms have a good sized mini fridge and most rooms have a balcony - ask for a room with a 'large' balcony to sit on. Food at the hotel was very good and they give you a 20% discount at the restaurant. Only complaint is the internet only works at the bar area and you have to pay $10 per day for this service. Parking is also $10 per day even though you are staying at the hotel. Would I stay here again - for sure!

An excellent resort for a family oriented vacation. It is better suited to self catering although there are two restaurants on site. The food is good but nothing more than that. The Gazebo restaurant can have line ups that can take an hour, it closes at 2pm. The grill is only open in the evening. The are two swimming pools and the beach, otherwise nothing else. You do need a car here.

Over all a very nice location for everything.

The hotel itself is quite fabulous. Staff are very kind and accommodating to every request. Price of food is very high and other paid amenity prices are also steep. The food itself is plentiful ( too large portion size ). The reason for 2 butterflies for food and restaurants is price.

We loved our time in Maui and the Westin overall was a great place to stay. I would definitely go back and found it was suitable for all ages, couples, singles, large parties, etc. We were comfortable as a family and felt safe on and off site. Wish we had more time!
