Great showers,thick towels.Well kitted kitchen.Wonderful staff

The weak points

Unit needed updating..paint chipped on wall,cupboards were very tired looking

An older hotel; it's well kept. Free DVD rentals and PlayStation 3s show this best. When you pay a $20/day resort fee to pay for these unused services though, it hurts a bit. No daily housekeeping still since the pandemic.
Services on site are convenient, and a shopping Center across the street covered the rest. Bus route and car rentals nearby. The beach in front of the hotel is steep and the water's rocky. The pool is preferable. Kaanapali beach isn't far away though. The beaches are never too crowded. [Details]

The grounds are nice. Hotel is clean and well maintained. Location is convenient.

The weak points

A little dated. Housekeeping hasn't returned yet during stays. Beach in front of hotel is steep

Fantastic experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful whenever needed; special thanks to housekeeping...always had a smile. The grounds were clean and always well maintained during our stay. We would not hesitate to stay here again. [Details]

A welcoming place; we felt at-home here. Clean and well looked after.

The weak points

A larger counter area in the bathroom would have been nice to have but we had plenty of usable space elsewhere.

It really is "paradise." Whales and sea turtles every day.

The weak points

Prices are high on everything except liquor - - could drive a person to drinking!

Thos hotel was better in person than on the web page. Not that the web page was bad it was just once we got there it was nicer than we thought. It might just be how the pictures were taken. Over all it was awesome. the beach is super close. Loved the view from our room. We will be returning in October forsure and cannot wait. :) [Details]

activities desk was helpful, lounge chairs on the beach was nice, large room but dated furniture.

The weak points

maid service only changed towels daily rather than did any real cleaning. pools were a bit small. staff were real rule sticklers - ie. you can only get pool towels at the front desk after 5pm, no storage for surfboards unless you are an owner.....
