Sheraton Kauai Coconut Beach Resort

I have stayed here many times and always loved it
I had a problem with my booking and they had me checking out a day early but the front desk people made a call and sorted it out within ten minutes
The staff in the food and beverage part of the hotel Kenny and Nadia were outstanding
Since it was our fourth trip to the island they were able help us with different local activities and sites that were new to us
They were very friendly helpful and knowledgable made us feel welcome and at home at the hotel [Details]

Great atmosphere and great staff
The hotel it self is showing its age but the staff were very professional and polite
Loved Kenny at the bar could have talked about football all day with him he was outstanding with local knowledge and advise about local view points and attractions [Details]

Worth the upgrade to executive oceanfront but try and request the south wing as there is less roosters. Our room was 291. Great location and much quieter. Watched the sunrise every morning [Details]

Nice, clean, relaxed resort in a convenient location, central to all areas of the island. The pool area was comfortable and kid-friendly. Live entertainment every night and great happy hour specials [Details]

Overall the Hotel was excellent, if I had one negative thing to say is would be the fact you are charged to park you car in the parking lot.$14 per day. Any Hotel I have ever stayed at on any other vacation is included in the booking. [Details]

"Oceanview" room had tiny lanai and just glimpses of the sea through trees. We upgraded to "executive oceanfront" which had beautiful views and large lanai. Staff were always very helpful and efficient. Facilities and private beach were attractive, although ocean was not ideal for swimming here. Convenient location for exploring Kauai. [Details]

You are charged $12.00 for Resort fee even though we didn't make use of the facilities as everyday we were out sightseeing etc. exploring the island. [Details]
