We had a great family vacation. I would recommend this hotel. It's not perfect but it was overall very good.

Excellent place. The service is extraordinary, everyone is pleasant. The food excellent. The scenery-vegetation so beautiful.

We had a nice two week holiday at this resort!

I chose Body Holiday St. Lucia as my fist solo vacation (my husband can no longer travel). I was one of the few “first timers” at the resort; I met people of all ages and most were repeat visitors (4 - 17 times!). It was easy to understand why - the resort is stunning, with a gorgeous beach, club house area, and several choices/options for delicious meals/snacks/drinks.The spa is lovely - very calming/restful and the fitness facilities, indoor and outside, are well equipped/maintained. My room had a garden view; it was clean, quiet and well situated within the resort. Although it is a Health and Wellness resort it is the visitors vacation - do as much or as little as you want! My all-inclusive package included any amount of fitness choices/water activities plus treatments (facial, scrubs, massages). At times there was entertainment on the beach or in the Clubhouse. And I felt safe. The staff were all professional and friendly; the trainers knowledgeable, helpful, and supportive. The motto “give us your body for a week and we will give you back your mind” is fitting but the next time I would plan a stay of at least 9 nights. For anyone planning an all-inclusive Health and Wellness vacation I would definitely recommend Body Holiday St. Lucia.

My husband and I (both in our 60's) and a fun week at the Windjammer! We had a lovely couples massage! So glad we did! I wish I'd taken a picture of the glass of champagne and slice of cake (with "Happy Anniversary") we were given afterwards! We considered doing an excursion, but there was so much to do on our own at the "Water Sports" area, we decided against it. The guys there were awesome! I can't possibly remember everyone's names, but Howard was very friendly & knowledgeable! He took us out on the large catamaran! We loved it! Denver & Kirston took my husband out to water-ski! A big thrill for him as he hadn't done that for many years! We also had fun snorkeling, kayaking, and using the water board! The water was clear and warm. The beach was nice to walk in bare feet, but some little areas had small stones that would wash up sometimes. Out by the hammocks in the water it was very rocky so we only tried that area once. Our spot on the beach was amazing!! They actually assign you a spot, and you're to leave a personal item at your spot (stationary umbrella with loungers, tables, & chairs) before 10am or someone can take your spot. We didn't know that was a rule until the day before we were leaving and found someone sitting in the spot we'd had all week :( We got there about 10:15am. Evidently our name was not written in the book ..... ? so it was ok for someone else to take it. We were given another spot 3 rows back :( Roti was looking after us & was very helpful. Lawrence on the front desk was super helpful! I was so glad to meet Gabriella the day before we left. She was doing the house cleaning in our room & did such a wonderful job! Everything clean and tidy when we'd come back to the room before getting ready for dinner. Maybe leaving a few dollars each day for her helped too. I also left little things like chocolate bars each day. The employees all so very friendly, and many remembering our names! The servers in all the restaurants were extremely friendly & accommodating! We thought taking a shuttle to and from our room would be a problem, but was just the opposite! The drivers were no less than amazing! I would barely hang up the phone, and the shuttle was at our door. The ride only took a minute or two. A few odd times we had to wait a bit going back to the room from the lobby as it could get busy there. Our king size bed was super comfortable! The shower had to run about 10 minutes before getting hot water & water pressure very low, but not an issue with us. We had a problem getting Netflix working on our TV. Someone came to our room that night to help. He tried his best, but needed additional help. They had it all set up the next afternoon for us! The advice we would give to others is to book your spot on the beach before coming to the resort. If that is allowed? Also, we'd advise you to reserve all your dinners before coming. Those two things were a bit of an issue the first day. We were told no loungers or spots were available on the beach for our stay (isn't that ridiculous?) And we were told all the restaurants were fully booked for dinner (crazy eh?) Anyway, we kept pushing for a beach spot and also for dinner reservations. We ended up booking all the dinners the first day or we were afraid we wouldn't get reservations if we'd left it. Once that was smoothed over we had a fantastic time!

Stayed 03/07/16 to 03/14/16 in Junior Executive suite. Great spacious room with kitchenette (microwave, kettle, coffee pot, toaster,mini fridge, dishes and cutlery). Friendly staff, attentive (some would call you by name after a few days). Close to down town. Shuttle service hourly to sister resort with beach and other activities. Have stayed with this hotel before and would return. Good holiday.

My husband and I recently celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary and decided to treat ourselves to a really special vacation. We had heard wonderful reviews from friends about the Island of St. Lucia and also about the lovely Coconut Bay Resort. When we did our research we came across Serenity at Coconut Bay, an all inclusive private resort for adults only, located across from the main resort at Coconut Bay and decided this was exactly what we were looking for. We chose the Grand Romance Package and it was absolutely divine. Serenity is very private, very Romantic, the accommodations exceeded our expectations. We had our own little Oasis with a beautiful outdoor space that included a plunge pool with waterfall, hammock for two, outdoor shower & completely stocked wrap around bar with seating area, and of course a lovely spacious indoor luxury Suite with a King bed, beautiful walk in shower, double sinks and a very large bathtub. Serenity also has fine dining at the Great house and a beautiful pool with lots of lounge chairs, private cabanas and a nice poolside bar. The resort is breathtaking, beautiful palm trees, flowers & quite a few hummingbirds! The staff are truly amazing, the Butler Service is incredible, they took care of everything for us, we had private drivers for our excursions which was great. The chef is top notch and the bartenders are very friendly, lots of fun!! Special thanks to Nerissa, Quade, MaryAnne, Daisy & Dona!! We definitely plan to return!

We went here for a 4 night stay last year and immediately fell in love with the Sandals experience, the island of St Lucia and this resort so we booked a full week this year. Great view of Pigeon Island and Rodney Bay from the beach. Good balance between the hopping pool bar and quiet spots by other pools depending on your mood.

Good location, staff friendly and helpful. No Mosquioes. Our second time at this facility but our fifth time at the sister facilities. Shuttle service to the other sister facilities was good.
