Stayed 03/07/16 to 03/14/16 in Junior Executive suite. Great spacious room with kitchenette (microwave, kettle, coffee pot, toaster,mini fridge, dishes and cutlery). Friendly staff, attentive (some would call you by name after a few days). Close to down town. Shuttle service hourly to sister resort with beach and other activities. Have stayed with this hotel before and would return. Good holiday. [Details]

The possibility to use all 3 Bay Garden facilities in special the beach.

The weak points

The Shuttle service is unreliable. The pool at the beach location is for the the beach residents only. The pool most of the time was empty.

For us, it was perfect. Located close to shopping, shuttle to the beach on site, quiet atmosphere. The manager runs a tight, efficient team. Our time was all that we expected and more. [Details]

Location. Beach available by shuttle in about 2 minutes. Hotel offers a taste of the Caribbean re food & decor. Caring, pleasant & efficient staff.

We had a great time. Though when we arrived late at night there was nothing for us to eat or drink! With traveling from 6:00 a.m to midnight it would of been nice to have a muffin and coffee or something light to eat.It was a long time until morning! [Details]

Hotel is close to two star than 3.5.
Food is almost OK,but overpriced.
Internet is slow or down.
One sw.pool was closed most of the time.But 2 of them, I'd say , for kids.
Location: good for shopping that can take 2-3hrs, plus restaurants, then you need to go somewhere else.
Shuttle to a sister beach hotel is good. [Details]

Nature, sea/ocean. Peagen points-place to go.

The weak points

locals-were asking for something all the time even if you sleep on a beach. Beaches have access for everybody. Boat tours - noisy Roads're bad. Restaurants- mostly expensive (compare to Florida,Bermuda...)

Stayed at Bay Gardens Hotel Mar 7 to 14. It is in a good location with a small shopping centre nearby and a little further along are several restaurants. The standard room has twin beds or 1 king. It was nicely decorated and clean but had no dresser so they brought us one the next day. The staff is fantastic, especially Jeremiah, the bartender and Jesse who carried our luggage and helped us all week. [Details]

Was much better than we expected. It s a long ride from the airport (1 and half hours) but it s THE place to be on the island. It s well located and an easy walk or shuttle to the beach. The room was great and it s the first comfortable bed I ve ever had traveling south. Breakfast was very substantial and the staff were super. Would definitely stay here again. [Details]
